I am a researcher with extensive expertise in compliance, data protection, and regulatory matters across sectors such as energy, waste management, urban planning, and industry. Additional training in occupational risk prevention and ISO management has equipped me with a comprehensive approach to legal challenges.
My current research centers on decarbonization and the critical role of legal frameworks in achieving sustainable development. By critically evaluating existing regulations and identifying legislative gaps, I aim to promote reforms that reflect societal realities and support robust environmental and economic policies. In alignment with the Fit for 55 initiative, I advocate for the adoption of circular economy principles and innovative legal instruments that foster sustainable economic development and environmental stewardship.
Ultimately, my work seeks to contribute to the creation of forward-looking legal frameworks that address the multifaceted challenges of decarbonization and foster resilient, inclusive, and sustainable governance models.
