I’m a self-motivated IT Professional with 15+ years of experience in IT solutions design, consultancy and support. I have worked with clients across a broad spectrum, ranging from SME to multi-national in size and requirements.

I am currently the Principal Consultant specialising in Unified Communications solutions based on Microsoft Skype for Business and Teams solution stacks. In this role I am focused on ensuring customers requirements are translated into cost-effective, technically correct, built-to-best-practice solutions – delivering customers’ business requirements to a high standard.

Colleagues know me as a lateral thinking, outcomes focused individual who can always be trusted to come up with new, efficient, often repeatable approaches. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.

I have extensive experience in the Microsoft suite of products, including Hyper-V, PowerShell, AD services and PKI infrastructure – I use my extensive and broad background to resolve complex problems in complicated environments.

I am a determined and tenacious problem solver, priding myself in a high resolution rate, even in complex scenarios.
