Security Statement

Overview

Information and Cyber Security is vital for the proper conduct of its business, and its maintenance, update, and security are of paramount importance for the integrity of the firm. We want to be transparent with our customers and partners, and we want you to feel informed and gain the assurances you require as a customer using our services. Details related to personal information collection and processing are documented independently in our Privacy Policy.

Risk Assessment

The Firm has assessed the risk of cyber threats, taking into account the nature of the business and the financial services provided. The geopolitical situation in Ukraine has caused some concerns regarding potential state-sponsored cyber threats. The likelihood of these attacks has increased against EU and UK companies. As such, we are monitoring the situation and considering the changing threat landscape.

Commitment

We have raised our awareness against possible cyber threats and will continually maintain appropriate security procedures, measures, and controls to protect against accidental, unauthorized, or unlawful access, destruction, use, alteration, modification, disclosure, or loss of customer data.

Data Security

We have adopted and implemented procedures and controls, based on the nature of the information gathered, created, and maintained by the Firm and the extent of risk to that information, to ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of such information.

In these procedures, we provide:

  • Physical location security;
  • Network and devices security (Antivirus, Firewall, and VPN);
  • Strong training and education for all internal employees and partners;
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM and PAM);
  • Backup and Recovery and Business Continuity Plan;
  • Strict third-party due diligence for service providers.
