Literature concerning Intangible Cultural Heritage tourists' profile is still scarce, being important for World Heritage Site destinations or places with Intangible Cultural Heritage recognition to identify the tourists attracted by culture and heritage. Thus, the work presented intend to cover the gap identified in this sense, taking as reference the results obtained from fieldwork consisting of a structured questionnaire which was administered to a representative sample of tourists who participated in the Fiesta de los Patios event in Cordoba (Spain), which is recognised as Intangible Cultural Heritage asset. Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests are used to compare groups of the sample according to the sociodemographic profile of the tourists, revealing statistical differences among these groups. The results enable us to analyse the post-COVID tourist, and determine to what extent they are satisfied with the new worldwide situation. This research could be useful both to public agents of tourism promotion and private businesses, whose target audience are tourists attending this type of event. The research unpacks the profile of the visitor, relating their gender, age, educational level, and income to their experiences, perceptions, satisfaction, and behaviour intention. This enables the tourist offer to be adapted, making it more attractive to the potential client.

Objectives This research aims to determine IPA characteristics to evaluate the usefulness of specific functions in a simulated production system of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. A new function called explanation-mode is introduced to the scientific community and business world. Methods/Approach As part of a design science research, an artefact, i.e. an add-on for speech-interaction in business software, was developed and evaluated using a survey among ERP users and researchers. Results In the area of IPA-features, the search-function and speech input for textual fields were recognised as most useful. The newly introduced feature, the explanation mode, was positively received too. There is no significant correlation between the usefulness of features and participant...

The aim of this study is to understand consumer motivations to be satisfied and to continue using ridesharing services. With this aim, we modify and extend the expectation–confirmation model by including social value as an additional factor to those previously studied in the literature. Data were collected from 258 users of BlaBlaCar, one of the world leaders in ridesharing services. Social value positively affects satisfaction and has the second strongest total effect on continuance intention among the motivations in our model. Our results highlight that satisfaction of ridesharing users is driven by service quality, perceived usefulness, environmental impact, trust, and social value; and that all those factors joined for economic benefits affect continuance intention directly or indirectly through satisfaction. These results have important theoretical and managerial implications.

To achieve this goal, we carry out a survey of 214 elite referees and assistant referees and we propose a research model with the variables perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, perceived self-efficacy, multimedia instruction, previous experience with technology and self-paced learning. These variables were taken from previous educational technology research. Among these models we mainly take into account the Technology Acceptance Model,

The objectives of our study are to measure the presence of large Spanish companies in these online social networks and the importance companies give to the use of such systems and to determine the link between the attitudes of companies towards technology and the adoption of online social networking in their businesses. To do this, we surveyed 99 Spanish companies whose turnover was among the highest in their respective economic sectors, and we carried out a descriptive analysis of the association of variables using the Chi-squared independence test. The results show that the presence of large Spanish companies in online social networks is scant, however, the results emphasize the importance that such enterprises give to information technology, information systems and a future presence on online social networks.

The aim of our study is to improve understanding of the motivational factors behind student satisfaction, or dissatisfaction, with the Web-based learning platform, Moodle. Our study extends the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to include technical support and perceived self-efficacy, with the expectation that they influence usage of Moodle. We surveyed 226 students of the Business Administration and Management (LADE) and Infant and Primary School Teaching degree courses of the University of Huelva. The data showed that technical support has a direct effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Moodle usage was also directly influenced by perceived ease of use and attitude. The results reveal the importance of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on attitude.

Despite the popularity and extensive use of Facebook by students, its use has not made significant inroads into classroom usage. In this study, we seek to examine why this is the case and whether it would be worthwhile for faculty to invest the time to integrate Facebook into their teaching. To this end, we decided to undertake a study with a sample of 214 undergraduate students at the University of Huelva (Spain). We applied the structural equation model specifically designed by Mazman and Usluel (2010) to identify the factors that may motivate these students to adopt and use social network tools, specifically Facebook, for educational purposes. According to our results, Social Influence is the most important factor in predicting the adoption of Facebook; students are influenced to adopt it to establish or maintain contact with other people with whom they share interests. Regarding the purposes of Facebook usage, Social Relations is perceived as the most important factor among all of the purposes collected. Our findings also revealed that the educational use of Facebook is explained directly by its purposes of usage and indirectly by its adoption.

Although e-learning applications are popular, there is minimal research on instructors' attitudes toward these teaching materials. The purpose of this research is to explore instructors' behavioral intentions toward the Multimedia Teaching Materials usage. Accordingly, a questionnaire based on an integrated theoretical framework has been delivered to 100 instructors from different FIFA federations. Three main streams of research provide the basis for this framework: the Technology Acceptance Model, the Motivational Model and the Social Cognitive Model, combined with other variables used in educational technology acceptance research. Perceived usefulness, followed by perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use and the multimedia instruction quality explain most of the instructors' behavioral intention to use the Multimedia Teaching Materials.
