Beberapa daerah di Kabupaten Bandung rentan terhadap banjir saat hujan, seperti di lokasi penelit... more Beberapa daerah di Kabupaten Bandung rentan terhadap banjir saat hujan, seperti di lokasi penelitian ini, Kecamatan Baleendah, Kecamatan Dayeuhkolot, dan Kecamatan Bojongsoang. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan daerah rawan banjir di Kecamatan Baleendah, Kecamatan Dayeuhkolot, dan Kecamatan Bojongsoang (DAS Citarum Hulu), untuk mengevaluasi sempadan yang ada dalam kasus daerah dataran banjir yang terjadi dan untuk mengembangkan strategi implementasi kebijakan itu sempadan sungai dan perencanaan tata ruang berdasarkan daerah dataran banjir dalam rangka meningkatkan perlindungan dan pelestarian sungai. Penelitian ini terdiri dari: 1) Analisa curah hujan rancangan dengan metode log Pearson III, Gumbel dan Log Normal 2) Analisa debit banjir rancangan dengan metode hidrograf sintetik Snyder 2) Pemodelan hidrodinamik 1 dimensi di sungai 4) Analisa Spasial 5) Analisa SWOT. Dari hasil simulasi diperoleh peta genangan periode ulang 2,5, 25 dan 50 tahun di wilayah tersebut potensial untuk tergenang. Dengan Analisis SWOT, strategi implementasi kebijakan ini strategi sempadan sungai dan perencanaan tata ruang wilayah dibagi menurut strategi jangka pendek, strategi jangka menengah dan strategi jangka panjang Kata Kunci: banjir, daerah dataran banjir, sempadan sungai, analisa SWOT ABSTRACT Some areas in the district of Bandung are prone to flooding when it rains, such as in the locations of this study, Baleendah Sub district, Dayeuhkolot Sub district, and Bojongsoang Sub district. The main objectives of this study is to obtain the flood-prone area in Baleendah Sub district, Dayeuhkolot Sub district, and Bojongsoang Sub district (Citarum Upstream Catchment), to evaluate the existing river border (sempadan) in case of floodplain areas happened and to develop policy's implementation strategies of river border (sempadan) and spatial planning based on flood plain areas in order to improve river's preservation and protection. This study consist of : 1) Designed rainfall analysis using Log Pearson III, Gumbel, and Log Normal Methods, 2) Designed food discharge analysis using Snyder's Synthetic Hydrograph Methods, 3) One Dimensional Hydrodynamic Model in River, 4) Spatial Analysis, 5) SWOT Analysis. From the simulation results obtained over a period of inundation maps 2.5, 25 and 50 years in the development of Baleendah, which includes the District of Baleendah District, Dayeuh Kolot District and Bojongsoang Disctrict.. Some areas in the District is a potential for flooding. With SWOT analysis, strategy implementation of this policy and strategy of the river border spatial planning strategy is divided according to short-term, Medium-Term Strategy and Long-Term Strategy
