The productivity of a company is highly dependent on the implementation of the duties and responsibilities of each employee. Prediction of employee performance aims to increase the effectiveness of the division of tasks that affect employee rewards. The analysis stage of the system is built in the first stage of analysis for defining requirements. The second stage is designing a graphic interface for the display of each requirement. In the third stage, all application support functions such as access rights, employee data input, and graphical interfaces are integrated into a complete set of program code. The prediction system is built based on the web using the Multiple Linear Regression method with the variables Punctuality (X1), Target Achievement (X2), Task Implementation (X3), Teamwork (X4), Responsibility (X5). Prediction results show the percentage of each employee's performance.

Non-verbal communication behavior was evaluated using the feature extract calculation of the Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM). Extraction formula consists of feature, contrast, energy, entropy and homogeneity at rotation 00, 450, 900 and 1350. The results of the GLCM extraction calculation are then classified using the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm. Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) is used in pattern recognition. Data identification on the FCM is determined based on the degree of membership which has a value between 0 and 1. This study processes the applicant's offline video data. Identify expressions that indicate doubt, confusion and optimism. The assessment of the 10 videos was taken with the dominant optimistic expression extraction loop, it was obtained that the 7th video had the highest percentage of optimistic facial expressions.

The system of interplay between the price of goods and the availability of staple food directly has an impact on the high price of food at certain times. It is necessary to classify the food that is most needed by the community on big holidays in Indonesia so that it can be a reference for the government in preparing market needs in the coming year. In this study, the grouping of staple food availability was based on hierarchical cluster analysis with complete linkage method. The availability of food commodities in the discussion of this research is sourced from production materials and daily prices for meat, eggs, cooking oil and rice commodities. Cluster interpretation results in cluster 1 indicating Fulfilled Availability of 88-89%, Cluster 2 showing Sufficient Commodity Availability of 90-93% and Cluster 3 showing Availability of Rare Commodities of 87%. The three clusters formed are depicted in the form of a dendogram as a visualization of the relationship between food availability groupings.

Memilih mendaftarkan anak di SLB tentu didukung keseharian anak yang memang membutuhkan perilaku khusus dalam menuntut ilmu pembelajaran sekolah. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah menentukan kelas anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan metode Certainty Factor berdasarkan dignosa data gejala dan karakteristik yang dapat membantu para guru dan orang tua mendapatkan informasi tentang jenis-jenis karakteristik anak berkebutuhan khusus siswa di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri (SLBN) Serdang Bedagai. Karakteristik anak berkebutuhan khusus sesuai dengan data jumlah gejala dan karakteristik yang dibahas berjumlah 52 gejala dan 5 karakteristik. (Autis JK01, Tuna Grahita JK02, Tuna Rungu JK03, Tuna Netra JK04, Tuna Daksa JK05. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu guru dan orang tua dalam mengetahui jenis karakteristik anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan cepat dan akurat. Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan pada setiap sekolah luar biasa untuk menentukan awal mengetahui jenis karakteristik anak berkebutuhan khusus.

SMK 1 Negeri Labu conducts teacher performance assessments every 3 months but the mechanism is less effective due to lack of transparency. The SAW method is part of the DSS used to help determine decisions based on alternative data and criteria data. Data processing is implemented according to the calculation of the SAW method to determine the decision matrix and then make a ranking of the total alternative data. In this study there were 20 teachers who were assessed with 9 assessment criteria, the ranking results showed that alternative data A03 obtained the highest score, it was decided that A03 had the best teacher performance. The design of the system developed with UML resulted in a teacher performance appraisal system. This study aims to help the school determine the best teacher performance systematically processed by the system. Suggestions from the implementation of this study in order to improve the accuracy of the calculation results, it is recommended to compare the results with other DSS-based methods.

Business Intelligence berfungsi untuk mengubah data operasional, transaksional menjadi sebuah informasi bermanfaat dalam perusahaan. Big Data Analytics menganalisa informasi, mengidentikasi untuk keputusan bisnis saat ini dan masa datang lalu divisualisasikan dalam bentuk grak. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dimodelkan dalam arsitektur Big Data bertujuan memetakan trend sebaran Covid-19 yang berkaitan dengan regulasi prokes. Dari data peta sebaran dan regulasi aturan protokol kesehatan dengan berbagai sumber data online, secara terstruktur dan tidak terstruktur menggunakan cleansing data Business Intelligence (BI) ditemukan tiga pola penyebaran virus Corona yaitu Kasus Tinggi, Kasus Sedang dan Kasus Rendah dari 34 Provinsi se Indoensia. Provinsi Jawa Barat menjadi urutan pertama kasus tertinggi selama Mei 2021 dengan rata-rata kasus 21% dilanjut DKI Jakarta 14%.

This information can be collected and analyzed using a natural language processing with a monitoring system to support classification of criticism and hate speech. Regarding monitoring results, a knowledge-based recommendation system with sentiment analysis is supported to send messages to user in order to use positive sentences are not offensive, polite, wise and motivational for users with hateful attitudes. Detection of sentences containing criticism and hate speech using Bag of Word and Convolutional Neural Network to detect hate speech and criticism sentence via Tweeter. The detection results are used for the semantic recommendation system framework that includes sentiment analysis and predicts hate speech through similarities between previous cases by finding the value of proximity or closeness between text to be a measurement baseline to criticism and hate speech classification. Output performance will be measure by RMSE, MAE, Accuracy and F-Score.

When observed, incoming promotional emails provide the information that is needed. How to identify promotional emails including hoaxes or shipping with machine learning, known as algorithms, Support Vector Machines, Naïve Bayes, Decision Tree, Logistic Regression, Stochastic Gradient Descent, and Neural Network (MLP). Decision trees are effective tracing using a data structure consisting of vertices & edges. A node (root, branch, leaf) can categorize incoming e-mail, including hoax or e-mail shipping. Previously, it was necessary to categorize the characteristics of the email. After searching the email, the promotional email grouping is continued. In Feature Extraction, the calculation of Gain and Entropy is used to determine the selection of features in the classification of promotional emails, fraudulent emails or hoaxes.

The image of the eyeball is not necessarily in accordance with the condition of a person's heart, so it is necessary to analyze the movement of the pupil of the eye. Facial expression using the Hough Transformation Method focuses on the movement of the pupil of the eye. The Hough transform works by looking for the neighbor relationship between pixels using straight line equations to detect lines and circular equations to detect circles. Hough line transform is a technique most commonly used to detect curved objects such as lines, circles, ellipses and parabolas. The detection accuracy of the pupil is influenced by the accuracy of the extraction of the edges of the eye. If the outer circle identification is not detected, Hough Transform will be identified. The segmentation step carried out can identify the pupil circle region with a detection success of 80-85%.

Identifikasi citra berdasarkan tepi (outline) objek dalam Pengolahan citra menggunakan edge detection. Operasi pelacakan Abstract Srilanka leaves are known as soursop leaves, which are oval in shape. Image identification based on the edges (outline) of objects in image processing using edge detection. Edge tracing operation to find different local intensity changes in an image. The application of Sobel and Prewitt is to reduce noise before performing edge detection calculations so that more edges are generated. Edge Detection Sobel and prewitt can detect true edges with minimum error rate. Sobel and Prewitt were able to identify the edges with the axes used, having random number intensities whose results are scattered numbers 0 and 255. The system built displays the conversion of RGB, Grayscale, Sobel and Prewitt images and histograms from the image process that is carried out. The analysis results of the Sobel and Prewitt methods are displayed in a histogram graph.

Pemanfaatan aplikasi rekrutmen mulai dipergunakakan beberapa perusahaan swasta untuk efisiensi waktu dan biaya. Untuk mengetahui konsistensi antara ekspresi emosional dengan gerakan wajah diperlukan skill biasanya ditangani seorang psikiologis. Dalam penelitian ini data set berbentuk frame dari video pelamar kerja dilakukan penilaian komunikasi nonverbal yang fokus pada gerakan mata, mulut dan wajah. Formula dan filter GLCM diterapkan untuk ekstraksi ciri bertujuan menemukan pola berdasarkan distribusi statistik dan intensitas piksel. Ekstraksi komunikasi nonverbal bertujuan menganalisa pola gerakan wajah. Formula ektraksi ciri terdiri dari feature, contras, energi, entropy dan homogenitas. Filter ekstraksi dirotasi pada sudut 0 0 , sudut 45 0 , sudut 90 0 , dan sudut 135 0. Sumber data 10 video, diambil 10 frame bagian wajah, mata dan mulut per video untuk diekstrak dan dianalisa. Berdasarkan perhitungan formula dan filter GLCM diperoleh formula Homogenity mempunyai nilai tinggi, rata-rata 4,0 menunjukkan tepi citra yang terdeteksi jelas. To know the consistency between emotional expression and facial movements requires skills, usually handled by a psychologist. In this study, data sets in the form of frames from job applicants' videos were assessed for nonverbal communication that focused on eye, mouth and face movements. GLCM formulas and filters applied for feature extraction aim to find patterns based on statistical distribution and pixel intensity. Nonverbal communication extraction aims to analyze facial movement patterns. The feature extraction formula consists of feature, contrast, energy, entropy and homogeneity. The extraction filter is rotated at an angle of 0 0 , angle 45 0 , angle 90 0 , and angle 135 0. Data sources 10 videos, 10 frames of the face, eyes and mouth were taken to be extracted and analyzed. Based on the calculation of the formula and the GLCM filter, it is found that the Homogenity formula has a high value, an average of 4.0 indicates that the detected image edges are clear. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini diperlukan keamanan komputer untuk menjaga data dari pihak yang tidak berwenang. Permasalahan yang muncul adanya data atau dokumen yang tidak aman pada software, keamanan data pada software maka perlu diterapkan algoritma kriptografi DES dalam merancang aplikasi untuk menjaga kerahasiaan data. Data dienkrip dalam blok-blok 64 bit menggunakan kunci 56 bit. DES mentransformasikan input 64 bit dalam beberapa tahap enkripsi ke dalam output 64 bit, dengan tahapan dan kunci yang sama.. Deteksi Tepi Sobel dan prewitt dapat mendeteksi tepian yang sebenarnya dengan tingkat error yang minimum. Metode Sobel dan Prewit dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk daun Srilangka. Setelah mendapatkan hasil gambar (citra), maka dilakukanlah proses untuk mengidentifikasi gambar (citra) daun Srilangka tersebut untuk dikenali karakterstik, tesktur, dan bentuk dari daun Srilangka tersebut. Ada beberapa metode deteksi tepi yang umum sering digunakan untuk pendeteksian tepi yaitu Prewitt, Roberts, Sobel, Canny dan sebagainya [1]. Dalam hal ini, peneliti akan menggunakan metode sobel dan metode prewitt dalam pendeteksian tepi citra. Alasan peneliti memilih metode itu, karena kedua metode ini dapat menghasilkan kualitas citra yang lebih baik dalam pendeteksian tepi dibandingkan metode lainnya. Kelebihan dari metode Sobel dan Prewitt adalah kemampuan untuk mengurangi noise sebelum melakukan perhitungan deteksi tepi sehingga tepi-tepi yang dihasilkan lebih banyak [2]. Deteksi Tepi Sobel dan Prewitt dapat mendeteksi tepian yang sebenarnya dengan tingkat error yang minimum dengan kata lain, metode Sobel dan Prewitt didesain untuk menghasilkan citra tepian yang optimal [3]. Metode Sobel dan prewitt menempatkan penekanan atau pembobotan pada piksel-piksel yang lebih dekat dengan titik pusat jendela, sehingga pengaruh piksel-piksel tetangga akan berbeda sesuai dengan letaknya terhadap titik di mana gradien dihitung. Dari susunan nilai-nilai pembobotan pada jendela juga terlihat bahwa perhitungan terhadap gradien juga merupakan gabungan dari posisi mendatar dan posisi vertical [4]. The main problem is designing a system using the SPK in determining the priority of regional tourist destinations in Karo Regency using the TOPSIS method. Problem solving steps are carried out from problem identification, determining alternative solutions to problems that arise so that the best decisions can be made. The weight of the criteria to determine the preferred criteria. The greater the weight, the more priority. Weights for each criteria for determining priority destination of tourist attractions, Distance from Berastagi (weight 30%), Facilities and Facilities (weight 15%), Access (15%), Type of Tourism (weight 20%), Entrance Fee (Weight 15%), Culinary (weight 5%), and internet network (5%). The preference value (V) produces alternatives that are ordered from largest to smallest. Pokok permasalahan yaitu merancang sistem dengan menggunakan SPK dalam menentukan prioritas tujuan wisatawan daerah Pada Kabupaten Karo dengan metode TOPSIS. Langkah penyelesaian permasalahan dilakukan dari identifikasi masalah, menentukan alternatif solusi terhadap permsalahan yang muncul hingga dapat diambil keputusan yang terbaik. Bobot kriteria untuk menentukan kriteria yang lebih diutamakan. Semakin besar bobot, maka semakin diutamakan. Bobot untuk setiap kriteria penentuan prioritas tujuan tempat wisata, Jarak dari Berastagi (bobot 30%), Sarana dan Fasilitas (bobot 15%), Akses (15%), Jenis Wisata (Bobot 20%), Biaya Masuk (Bobot 15%), Kuliner (bobot 5%), dan Jaringan internet (5%). Nilai preferensi (V) menghasilkan alternatif yang diurutkan dari terbesar sampai terkecil. Preferensi terbesar merupakan prioritas wisata, dalam kasus ini Bukit Kubu Berastagi menjadi prioritas tujuan berdasarkan kriteria.

The results of the GLCM extraction calculation are then classified using the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm. Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) is used in pattern recognition. Data identification on the FCM is determined based on the degree of membership which has a value between 0 and 1. This study processes the applicant's offline video data. Identify expressions that indicate doubt, confusion and optimism. The system of interplay between the price of goods and the availability of staple food directly has an impact on the high price of food at certain times. It is necessary to classify the food that is most needed by the community on big holidays in Indonesia so that it can be a reference for the government in preparing market needs in the coming year. In this study, the grouping of staple food availability was based on hierarchical cluster analysis with complete linkage method. The availability of food commodities in the discussion of this research is sourced from production materials and daily prices for meat, eggs, cooking oil and rice commodities. Cluster interpretation results in cluster 1 indicating Fulfilled Availability of 88-89%, Cluster 2 showing Sufficient Commodity Availability of 90-93% and Cluster 3 showing Availability of Rare Commodities of 87%. The three clusters formed are depicted in the form of a dendogram as a visualization of the relationship between food availability groupings.

Karakteristik anak berkebutuhan khusus sesuai dengan data jumlah gejala dan karakteristik yang dibahas berjumlah 52 gejala dan 5 karakteristik. SMK 1 Negeri Labu conducts teacher performance assessments every 3 months but the mechanism is less effective due to lack of transparency. The SAW method is part of the DSS used to help determine decisions based on alternative data and criteria data. Data processing is implemented according to the calculation of the SAW method to determine the decision matrix and then make a ranking of the total alternative data. In this study there were 20 teachers who were assessed with 9 assessment criteria, the ranking results showed that alternative data A03 obtained the highest score, it was decided that A03 had the best teacher performance. The design of the system developed with UML resulted in a teacher performance appraisal system. This study aims to help the school determine the best teacher performance systematically processed by the system. Suggestions from the implementation of this study in order to improve the accuracy of the calculation results, it is recommended to compare the results with other DSS-based methods.

Regarding monitoring results, a knowledge-based recommendation system with sentiment analysis is supported to send messages to user in order to use positive sentences are not offensive, polite, wise and motivational for users with hateful attitudes. Detection of sentences containing criticism and hate speech using Bag of Word and Convolutional Neural Network to detect hate speech and criticism sentence via Tweeter. The detection results are used for the semantic recommendation system framework that includes sentiment analysis and predicts hate speech through similarities between previous cases by finding the value of proximity or closeness between text to be a measurement baseline to criticism and hate speech classification. Output performance will be measure by RMSE, MAE, Accuracy and F-Score.

Previously, it was necessary to categorize the characteristics of the email. After searching the email, the promotional email grouping is continued. In Feature Extraction, the calculation of Gain and Entropy is used to determine the selection of features in the classification of promotional emails, fraudulent emails or hoaxes.

The image of the eyeball is not necessarily in accordance with the condition of a person's heart, so it is necessary to analyze the movement of the pupil of the eye. Facial expression using the Hough Transformation Method focuses on the movement of the pupil of the eye. The Hough transform works by looking for the neighbor relationship between pixels using straight line equations to detect lines and circular equations to detect circles. Hough line transform is a technique most commonly used to detect curved objects such as lines, circles, ellipses and parabolas. The detection accuracy of the pupil is influenced by the accuracy of the extraction of the edges of the eye. If the outer circle identification is not detected, Hough Transform will be identified. The segmentation step carried out can identify the pupil circle region with a detection success of 80-85%.

Identifikasi citra berdasarkan tepi (outline) objek dalam Pengolahan citra menggunakan edge detection. Operasi pelacakan Abstract Srilanka leaves are known as soursop leaves, which are oval in shape. Image identification based on the edges (outline) of objects in image processing using edge detection. Edge tracing operation to find different local intensity changes in an image. The application of Sobel and Prewitt is to reduce noise before performing edge detection calculations so that more edges are generated. Edge Detection Sobel and prewitt can detect true edges with minimum error rate. Sobel and Prewitt were able to identify the edges with the axes used, having random number intensities whose results are scattered numbers 0 and 255. The system built displays the conversion of RGB, Grayscale, Sobel and Prewitt images and histograms from the image process that is carried out. The analysis results of the Sobel and Prewitt methods are displayed in a histogram graph.

Pemanfaatan aplikasi rekrutmen mulai dipergunakakan beberapa perusahaan swasta untuk efisiensi waktu dan biaya. Untuk mengetahui konsistensi antara ekspresi emosional dengan gerakan wajah diperlukan skill biasanya ditangani seorang psikiologis. Dalam penelitian ini data set berbentuk frame dari video pelamar kerja dilakukan penilaian komunikasi nonverbal yang fokus pada gerakan mata, mulut dan wajah. Formula dan filter GLCM diterapkan untuk ekstraksi ciri bertujuan menemukan pola berdasarkan distribusi statistik dan intensitas piksel. Ekstraksi komunikasi nonverbal bertujuan menganalisa pola gerakan wajah. Formula ektraksi ciri terdiri dari feature, contras, energi, entropy dan homogenitas. Filter ekstraksi dirotasi pada sudut 0 0 , sudut 45 0 , sudut 90 0 , dan sudut 135 0. Sumber data 10 video, diambil 10 frame bagian wajah, mata dan mulut per video untuk diekstrak dan dianalisa. Berdasarkan perhitungan formula dan filter GLCM diperoleh formula Homogenity mempunyai nilai tinggi, rata-rata 4,0 menunjukkan tepi citra yang terdeteksi jelas. GLCM formulas and filters applied for feature extraction aim to find patterns based on statistical distribution and pixel intensity. Nonverbal communication extraction aims to analyze facial movement patterns. The feature extraction formula consists of feature, contrast, energy, entropy and homogeneity. The extraction filter is rotated at an angle of 0 0 , angle 45 0 , angle 90 0 , and angle 135 0. Data sources 10 videos, 10 frames of the face, eyes and mouth were taken to be extracted and analyzed. Based on the calculation of the formula and the GLCM filter, it is found that the Homogenity formula has a high value, an average of 4.0 indicates that the detected image edges are clear. PENDAHULUAN Keamanan data merupakan apek penting untuk menjaga sebuah data maupun informasi supaya aman dan tidak mudah dibaca. Maka dari itu, data tersebut perlu untuk dijaga kerahasiaannya [1]. Data yang telah dibajak menimbulkan resiko bila informasi yang sensitif dan berharga dibaca oleh orang yang tidak bertanggungjawab. Dalam bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi terutama pada pertukaran suatu data atau informasi yang dikirim kepada penerima terkadang menjadi pertanyaan apakah informasi yang dikirim benar dari pengirim yang sebenarnya atau tidak, kemudian apakah data yang diterima sesuai dengan isi informasi dari pengirim yang sebenarnya dan tidak ada perubahan informasi yang terkandung didalamnya [2]. Penyimpanan data menggunakan database sudah umum digunakan oleh setiap instansi, namun penyimpanan secara langsung tanpa memberi suatu keamanan akan dapat menyebabkan data dapat dibobol dan dicuri atau dirusak oleh pihak-pihak yang tidak bertanggungjawab, ataupun seseorang yang biasa menyimpan data-data penting ke dalam suatu dokumen dengan karakter yang tidak terkode (plaintext), sangatlah rawan apabila tidak berhati-hati. cryptography menyiratkan sebuah seni uUntuk dapat menjalankan dengan baik pada proses kriptografi haruslah terdapat empat elemen utama didalamnya, yang paling berkaitan satu sama lain [3]. Identifikasi citra berdasarkan tepi (outline) objek dalam Pengolahan citra menggunakan edge detection. Operasi pelacakan tepi untuk menemukan perubahan intensitas lokal yang berbeda dalam sebuah citra. Penerapan Sobel dan Prewitt adalah untuk mengurangi noise sebelum melakukan perhitungan deteksi tepi sehingga tepi-tepi yang dihasilkan lebih banyak. Deteksi Tepi Sobel dan prewitt dapat mendeteksi tepian yang sebenarnya dengan tingkat error yang minimum. Sobel dan Prewitt mampu mengidentifikasi tepi dengan sumbu-sumbu yang digunakan, memiliki intensitas bilangan acak yang hasilnya berupa angka 0 dan 255 secara menyebar. Sistem yang dibangun menampilkan konversi citra RGB, Grayscale, Sobel dan Prewitt dan Histogram dari proses citra yang dilakukan. Hasil analisa metode Sobel dan Prewitt ditampikan dalam grafik histogram. Abstract-Srilanka leaves are known as soursop leaves, which are oval in shape. The system built displays the conversion of RGB, Grayscale, Sobel and Prewitt images and histograms from the image process that is carried out. The analysis results of the Sobel and Prewitt methods are displayed in a histogram graph. 1. Pendahuluan Tanaman Srilangka (Sirsak) adalah tanaman asli indonesia. Tanaman Srilangka memiliki tinggi pohon sekitar 8 meter. Tanaman Srilangka (Sirsak) adalah tanaman asli Indonesia. Tanaman Srilangka memiliki tinggi pohon sekitar 8 meter. Batang coklat berkayu, bulat, bercabang. Mempunyai daun bebentuk telur atau lanset, ujung runcing, tepi rata, pangkal meruncing, pertulangan menyirip, panjang tangkai 5 mm, hijau kekuningan. Daun Srilangka memiliki variasi dalam segi bentuk, warna dan ukuran daun. Stuktur tulang daun sebagai salah satu fitur yang dapat membedakan daun dari berbagai jenis tumbuhan karena tulang daun memiliki fitur yang bermacam-macam bentuk pada setiap jenis tumbuhan. Metode Sobel dan Prewit dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk daun Srilangka. Setelah mendapatkan hasil gambar (citra), maka dilakukanlah proses untuk mengidentifikasi gambar (citra) daun Srilangka tersebut untuk dikenali karakterstik, tesktur, dan bentuk dari daun Srilangka tersebut. Ada beberapa metode deteksi tepi yang umum sering digunakan untuk pendeteksian tepi yaitu Prewitt, Roberts, Sobel, Canny dan sebagainya [1]. Dalam hal ini, peneliti akan menggunakan metode sobel dan metode prewitt dalam pendeteksian tepi citra. Alasan peneliti memilih metode itu, karena kedua metode ini dapat menghasilkan kualitas citra yang lebih baik dalam pendeteksian tepi dibandingkan metode lainnya. Kelebihan dari metode Sobel dan Prewitt adalah kemampuan untuk mengurangi noise sebelum melakukan perhitungan deteksi tepi sehingga tepi-tepi yang dihasilkan lebih banyak [2]. Deteksi Tepi Sobel dan Prewitt dapat mendeteksi tepian yang sebenarnya dengan tingkat error yang minimum dengan kata lain, metode Sobel dan Prewitt didesain untuk menghasilkan citra tepian yang optimal [3]. Metode Sobel dan prewitt menempatkan penekanan atau pembobotan pada piksel-piksel yang lebih dekat dengan titik pusat jendela, sehingga pengaruh piksel-piksel tetangga akan berbeda sesuai dengan letaknya terhadap titik di mana gradien dihitung. Dari susunan nilai-nilai pembobotan pada jendela juga terlihat bahwa perhitungan terhadap gradien juga merupakan gabungan dari posisi mendatar dan posisi vertical [4]. The main problem is designing a system using the SPK in determining the priority of regional tourist destinations in Karo Regency using the TOPSIS method. Problem solving steps are carried out from problem identification, determining alternative solutions to problems that arise so that the best decisions can be made. The weight of the criteria to determine the preferred criteria. The greater the weight, the more priority. Weights for each criteria for determining priority destination of tourist attractions, Distance from Berastagi (weight 30%), Facilities and Facilities (weight 15%), Access (15%), Type of Tourism (weight 20%), Entrance Fee (Weight 15%), Culinary (weight 5%), and internet network (5%). The preference value (V) produces alternatives that are ordered from largest to smallest. The biggest preference is tourism priority, in this case Kubu Berastagi Hill becomes a priority destination based on criteria. Abstrak Objek wisata di Daerah Kabupaten Karo sejumlah kurang lebih 20 objek wisata yang saling berdekatan seperti Bukit Gundaling, Taman Alam Lumbini, Fun Land Mickey Holiday dan tempat lainnya. Pokok permasalahan yaitu merancang sistem dengan menggunakan SPK dalam menentukan prioritas tujuan wisatawan daerah Pada Kabupaten Karo dengan metode TOPSIS. Langkah penyelesaian permasalahan dilakukan dari identifikasi masalah, menentukan alternatif solusi terhadap permsalahan yang muncul hingga dapat diambil keputusan yang terbaik. Bobot kriteria untuk menentukan kriteria yang lebih diutamakan. Semakin besar bobot, maka semakin diutamakan. Bobot untuk setiap kriteria penentuan prioritas tujuan tempat wisata, Jarak dari Berastagi (bobot 30%), Sarana dan Fasilitas (bobot 15%), Akses (15%), Jenis Wisata (Bobot 20%), Biaya Masuk (Bobot 15%), Kuliner (bobot 5%), dan Jaringan internet (5%). Nilai preferensi (V) menghasilkan alternatif yang diurutkan dari terbesar sampai terkecil. Preferensi terbesar merupakan prioritas wisata, dalam kasus ini Bukit Kubu Berastagi menjadi prioritas tujuan berdasarkan kriteria.
