Internet and social media connectivity may be applied as a self-organization tool. The response of architecture to the public space needs to consider hybrid spaces that combine digital and physical, representations, allowing urban experiences that are enhanced by virtual data imprinted on existing physical information. The study of these aspects may be the purpose of future city projects or become a form of communication of government proposals to the neighbors, beyond the scope of the discipline.

These elements are at all times available to the student, which is why we raised the need to adapt some learning processes with their interaction. The intention is to demonstrate that these practices allow for the introduction of theoretical concepts and fundamentals related academic imagination, the design process and representation of the architectural project. The proposal linked with an increase of the professional needs that the architect faces, after their training, professional skills to perform in today's job market.

The goal is to evaluate the changes caused by architecture’s design and communication from the incorporation of digital technologies, and to check its progress and behavior in the Virtual Community to the service of the discipline’s teaching. Justo Avenue corridor, Buenos Aires, Argentina. The CityLab project motivated students to experience an integrative 3-year Problem-Based Learning process, related to Morphology Communication and Digital Media, Urban and Territorial Planning, Final Degree Project, as well as integration with School of Public Relations. More than 75 students participated in this international programme to explore, diagnose and rethink city scale, as well as to discover, build and apply technological tools. Land use and mobility regulations were introduced with the participation of stakeholders and external experts in different stages from diagnosis to final project validation.

We analyze the possible relationship of the term governance with centers of increasingly diversified power, including the different scales legislatures. We extract related features to social perception of power factors. These categories are applied on specific cases of parliamentary buildings in order to understand symbolic repr esentations related to the exercise of power and the implementation of democratic politics. Congress of Argentina is analyzed, and four examples from different scales of parliaments are selected: global, national, local and regional. Finally, general conclusions are posed and some parameters are considered for the analysis of parliamentary buildings. Images of each analyzed sample are included to extend the developed concepts.
