However, the pandemic caused by COVID-19 brought about an unprecedented social, economic and health crisis that has forced a change in the way tourism is conducted. This article presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of different Information and Communication Technologies' uses in sustainable tourism management to study the literature and serve as a roadmap for future research in this field.
After selecting 10 segments of potential tourists for the creation of tourist routes on Latin Ame... more After selecting 10 segments of potential tourists for the creation of tourist routes on Latin American heritage in the Community of Madrid and conducted 20 interviews, the results obtained allowed to issue a structured questionnaire-47 closed questions from which 456 answers were collectedthat served to identify the key features such routes should have. They were: Including a garden with species from that geographical area, a museum where Latin American pieces are exhibited and a restaurant serving food from those countries; A Saturday 3-hour group visit with a guide; Featuring several Latin American countries' influence, not focusing on a specific one; Average price per person of 30 euros. Using this information, three emblematic routes on the cultural heritage of Latin America in the city of Madrid were developedfurther routes in other cities and/or with a theme specialisation to be developed. The three routes are: 1) Museo de América + Parque del Oeste + Latin American restaurant, for families with children 7-12 yrs.; 2) Parque del Buen Retiro + Latin American gastronomic experience + Museo Naval; And 3) Real Jardín Botánico + Latin American gastronomic experience + Museo Nacional de Antropología, these two routes aimed at the general public. In addition, they have been tested by pilot experiences in order to be enhanced so that they can be offered as new tourist products to the General Directorate for Tourism of the Community of Madrid.

The aim of this paper is the study of the interactive character of language from a pragmatic pers... more The aim of this paper is the study of the interactive character of language from a pragmatic perspective. Given that objective, suprasegmental stress placement is studies as a way to express emotions in English language spoken discourse. Because of the complexity of the theme, this study will be based on psychological and linguistic contributions (taking into account phonetic and pragmatic perspectives).To get empirical results, the analysis of stress placement is based on real data, taken from five TV interviews from CNN. These programs, recorded on videotape, and involve different native English speakers treating diverse themes. The results show that suprasegmental stress is an important device when dealing with emotions. Its location and density reinforces or highlights different semantic or pragmatic contents, revealing itself as a necessary tool in the case of emotive communication.
