Previous efforts to determine the recommended NCS for the ISD professional roles got limited results due to the use of manual procedures, absence of reference frameworks and small size of samples. This work presents a new approach which exploits existing reference models like ESCO, e-CF and NCSF (NCS Framework) as basis to analyse big datasets offered by tools like the ESCO database with thousands of relations between occupations and skills and the Ovate tool with millions of online vacancies. The combination of information from job market with the opinion of experts from ESCO provides a stronger basis for recommended NCS profiles for ISD professional roles, a promising option for an aspect not extensively explored.

As technicians cannot curate and supervise all the contents of information systems, now accountability has expanded to include users who create or add contents to information systems. This paper presents the results of a survey to 525 persons in several countries of EU to check awareness and general knowledge of users on digital accessibility. Results suggest the need of much more effort to ensure the digital accessibility out of the technical aspects managed by IT professionals.

This study addresses Nigeria's food insecurity challenges by adopting agriculture 4.0 and commercial farming. Using data from six digital libraries, the Nigerian Bureau of Statistics, and other internet sources, we conducted a Systematic Literature Review (SLR using PRISMA) on Nigeria's agriculture, food security, and agriculture 4.0. Our results show Nigeria's current agricultural state, threats to food security, and modern digital agriculture technologies. We adapted our SLR findings to develop an implementation framework for agriculture 4.0 in solving Nigeria's food insecurity challenge in the post-Covid-19 era. Our proposed framework integrates precision agriculture in Nigeria's food production and the necessary enabling digital technologies in the agri-food supply chain. We analyzed the critical implementation considerations during each agri-food supply chain stage of farming inputs, farming scale, farming approach, farming operation, food processing, food preservation/storage, distribution/logistics, and the final consumers. This study will help researchers, investors, and the government address food security in Nigeria. The implementation of agriculture 4.0 will substantially contribute to SDG 2 (zero hunger), SDG 3 (good health and well-being), and SDG 8 (decent work and economic growth) of #Envision 2030 of the United Nations, for the benefit of Nigeria, Africa, and the entire world.

Although the rates of RTAs are decreasing in most developed countries, this is not the case in developing countries. The increase in the number of vehicles and inefficient drivers on the road, as well as to the poor conditions and maintenance of the roads, are responsible for this crisis in developing countries. In this paper, we produce a design of an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model for the analysis and prediction of accident rates in a developing country. We apply the most recent (1998 to 2010) data to our model. In the design, the number of vehicles, accidents, and population were selected and used as model parameters. The sigmoid and linear functions were used as activation functions with the feed forward-back propagation algorithm. The F. N. Ogwueleka et al. An Artificial Neural Network Model for Road Accident Prediction: A Case Study of a Developing Country -178 -performance evaluation of the model signified that the ANN model is better than other statistical methods in use.

Having a good estimation of the variables just at the beginning of a project makes the project manager confident about the future course of the actions, since many of the decisions taken during the development depend on, or are influenced by, the initial estimations. The root of the problems can be attributed to the different methods of analysis used, and to the way with which they are applied. On one hand we may not use the adequate independent variables for prediction and/or we may not build the correct predictive equations. On the other hand we could think that the method of prediction has some effect on the predictions, meaning that it is not the same to use classical regression or other methods of analysis. We have applied linear regression, neural networks and genetic programming to several datasets. We infer that the problem of accurate software estimation by means of mathematical ...
