Many thanks to bbart for hooking me up with a Pinterest invite...because I needed another reason to waste time online LOL So far, I'm loving it. I've found some very yummy looking recipes, neat kids craft ideas, cute pet photos, and just some awesome stuff in general.

I just stumbled upon Butterbeer Cupcakes which totally made me think of you, teapostal among other stuff I saw on Pinterest...lots of owl stuff LOL

So, apparently any song you purchase from iTunes can be turned into a ringtone for the iPhone... so they say. I wouldn't know because I keep getting "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. An unknown error occurred (11556)" BUT if I try to connect to the iTunes store to buy something it works and connects just fine thank you very much. It's only when I right click on the song I'm trying to create a ringtone of and select "create ringtone". Anybody have any idea how to fix this? I've already uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes and I'm starting to get REAL pissy

ETA: From what I've read, for copyright reasons or some other such stupidity, this is an option only available in the US. problem solved. I found a very nice program called iPhone RingTune Maker. It's like $7 and does so much more than I could do on iTunes anyhow. As soon as the new credit card arrives, I am SO buying it. I'm using their trial version right now and it rocks! You can choose any song at all you have on your computer (not just ones you bought from iTunes) and you choose any 30 second section of said song to turn into a ringtone. So far I've done NKOTB's "Summertime" and that song "Shake It", which is mostly for Evan's benefit because he loves it. Once I bring my Lost Highway CD in from the van, I'll have to make one of that as well because Evan loves the "Hey Hey" part, and I just love Bon Jovi in general :) So yes, I'm a little less pissy now.

It's just not fair!! We were going to get tickets to WWE in London at the end of May, but decided against it because it's Smackdown and therefore, no Shawn Michaels. No Shawn Michaels = not worth going.

So I open my email just now to a lovely email from the folks at John Labatt Centre saying that they've now added some and it's going to be considered a Saturday Night's Main Event and who's going to be there now?! Shawn, of course. Normally, this would make me squee like a little girl (okay, maybe I *DID* but you can't prove it unless you ask Brad) but the best seats are in the 300, and being a ticket whore, I ain't spending that kind o money to sit in the 300 level.

Life can be so unfair.

Speaking of unfair... Brad got a letter today. He didn't pass his OPP interview. So he's pissy too.

*sigh*

Naming this baby would be SO much easier if it were a boy. We don't have many boy names that we both like but at least there was one we agreed on.

Girl names? We got nothing. Can't agree on a name for the life of us. He wants to name my princess PRUDENCE!!! And no, I'm not kidding. That was on his list next to Macy and Teegan. Um... no. I like the more girly names. I'm the one carrying her for 40 weeks, so I should get final say, right? Right. Don't argue with a pregnant woman LOL
