AI applications aid researchers throughout the research process, from generating content and reviewing literature to grammar check and plagiarism. This study examines the role of AI in academic writing to enhance research writing. The paper also explores the empirical studies which throw light on the adoption and usage trends of AI by researchers and Academic professionals globally. Through a critical analysis, this study examines the impact, integration and capability, costs, and benefits of AI in making research workflow easier and reliable. This paper also explores the future implications of AI in Research, considering the challenges and ethical issues that come with it.

National Conference on E- Governance and Rural Development in India: Issues and Challenges, 2024

Most Indian people live in rural areas who are devoured of the services and facilities available in urban regions. The e-Governance initiative in India commenced with the introduction of the National e-Governance Plan in 2006, aiming to enhance connectivity, content, and service delivery through Common Service Centers (CSCs). Later in 2008 the Indian Government rolled out National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) to facilitate accessibility to end-point digital services especially to the rural areas. This plan plays a crucial role in making 'Digital India' a reality. The Common Service Centres (CSCs), born out of NeGp are one of the acting as last-mile service delivery points and bridging the digital divide between urban and rural populations Implemented in a publicprivate partnership (PPP) mode, CSCs are thought to have played a vital role in egovernance initiatives in democratizing access to government services and fostering inclusive development in rural areas. This paper examines the challenges and opportunities faced by CSCs and evaluates their impact on societal development. The study highlights the innovative delivery models and entrepreneurial opportunities facilitated by CSCs, empowering rural masses and fostering socioeconomic progress and bridging the gap of digital divide between Urban and rural areas. Furthermore, it discusses the challenges such as infrastructural constraints and connectivity issues faced by CSCs, along with opportunities for leveraging emerging technologies and collaborative partnerships. Ultimately, the paper underscores the significance of CSCs in democratizing access to essential services, promoting digital literacy, and advancing inclusive development in rural India.

Modern digital tools or ICT health tools a developing country like India to revamp the existing model of digital healthcare facility currently available. The study also highlights the extent of ICT initiatives prevalent in India and suggests policy measures to improve the overall experience of using Digital Health tools or ICT in health care with respect to frontline community health workers i.e. ASHA workers.

delivery, particularly for underserved populations. Modern digital tools or ICT health tools
equipped with Artificial Intelligence have the potential to enhance the effectiveness of
CHWs, studies show that CHWs generally view these tools positively and believe they can
increase their impact to a considerable level. However, cost is a significant barrier to ICT
adoption. While some evidence suggests Digital CHW interventions can improve health
knowledge, behaviours, and outcomes, results are mixed across different health contexts. In
the context of Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs), proper streamlining of ICT
facilities to empower them is needed to make healthcare system more effective. There is no
unified system of digital platform or module where the ASHA can interact, track or report the
health details in India. Governments of different states have their own way of ICT
infrastructure which brings uninform results and policy implementation. This paper is an
attempt to identify various empirical literature available on ICT interventions with respect to
Community health workers in the world and India. The study has found that the proper use of
ICT in monitoring, reporting and facilitating healthcare by community health workers in high
income countries has proved beneficial and economical which paves way for a developing
country like India to revamp the existing model of digital healthcare facility currently
