The TPC House at Davos
A living platform for the Well-being Economy — where dialogue becomes coherence, and coherence becomes creation.
Convened by TPC (Tsao Pao Chee) and the NO.17 Foundation, it stands at the intersection of East and West, ancient wisdom and modern enterprise. More than a venue, it is a field of Quantum Leadership — where consciousness meets collaboration and business becomes a force for care. At the heart of Davos, TPC House restores the forum to its original spirit: reflection, renewal, and relationship — translating presence into performance, and values into value creation. TPC House is an accredited venue of the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2026.
Restore Nature Declaration
A commitment by NO.17 Foundation, TPC, SecondMuse, and the Economics of Mutuality Alliance to close the structural financing gap limiting ecological restoration across Southeast Asia. It establishes a capital platform that blends philanthropic, concessional, and commercial finance to support Indigenous custodians and regional SMEs, aggregating enterprises into portfolios that are investment-ready and measurable. The goal: demonstrable economic, social, and environmental returns from nature restoration at scale.

Blue Action Collaboration
The Blue Action Collaboration Declaration is a commitment by 15 founding signatories — including Dr Sylvia Earle, OceanX, Builders Vision, Katapult Ocean, Lloyd’s Register Foundation, the UN Global Compact Ocean Stewardship Coalition, and the World Economic Forum — to reframe the ocean as a living system, not an extractable resource. Launched at The TPC House at Davos 2026, it advances place-based, community-anchored blue economy models that restore marine biodiversity, support livelihoods, and align economic value with planetary boundaries. It is a shared statement of intent and willingness to collaborate in good faith toward regenerating ocean systems.
SDSN Collaboration
TPC (Tsao Pao Chee) and NO.17 Foundation collaborate with the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) to advance systems-level solutions that align economic development with human well-being and planetary health. Through this partnership, NO.17 supports SDSN’s GBA–ASEAN Initiative, which seeks to bridge regional cooperation, policy innovation, and implementation across Asia in support of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to long-term, values-based leadership and evidence-driven action, grounded in systems thinking and practical delivery.

Climate KIC Collaboration
NO.17 Foundation and Climate KIC are partnering to accelerate systemic climate transformation across Asia through place-based innovation, Europe–Asia climate diplomacy, and regenerative development. With TPC acting as regional anchor and East–West bridge, the collaboration pilots systemic innovation portfolios that translate proven European methodologies into Asia’s diverse contexts — integrating global systems thinking with Asian philosophies of stewardship and long-termism. The goal: climate action that aligns human flourishing with planetary boundaries.
NO.17 Foundation and OceanX Partnership
TPC’s NO.17 Foundation has forged a dynamic partnership with OceanX, the renowned global ocean exploration nonprofit under Dalio Philanthropies, through a groundbreaking Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This collaboration aims to revolutionize ocean research and conservation by developing innovative solutions and cultivating the next generation of leaders committed to restoring our marine ecosystems. Both TPC and Dalio Philanthropies are key members of Temasek Trust’s Philanthropy Asia Alliance (PAA) and proudly serve as Community Leads of the Blue Oceans Community—a collective driving bold, Asia-centric initiatives focused on safeguarding and sustainably managing our oceans, seas, and marine resources.
