Can I receive transfers from third parties?
No. Your IBAN account cannot receive transfers from third parties. Funds may only be sent by the account holder — from their own accounts, cards, or crypto wallet. This is a requirement of financial security and KYC/AML policies.
Can cryptocurrency be converted to euros instantly?
Yes, Trustee provides fast Trustee offers instant cryptocurrency exchange from crypto to euro. Usually, the operation takes just a few seconds. However, the final processing time for withdrawals or deposits depends on the issuing bank of your IBAN account and its internal transaction-processing procedures. In most cases, deposits are credited almost instantly.
Does Trustee support SEPA transfers?
Yes. Trustee fully supports SEPA transfers, allowing you to make any IBAN transfer in euros between accounts within the SEPA zone. Both SEPA Instant (if supported by your account provider) and standard SEPA transfers are available.
How do I open a crypto card with an IBAN?
In Trustee, the crypto card and personal IBAN work side by side, creating a convenient setup for payments and SEPA transfers. You order the card directly in the app after completing verification, while access to your personal IBAN is activated separately through a short process in the app. Once both features are enabled, you can easily top up your euro balance, withdraw funds, and make IBAN transfers across the entire SEPA zone.
