Trust Center Updates
Updater 2026 SOC 2 Type 2
Updater has completed its Type 2 SOC 2 examination of the Home Platform for the Security Trust Services category, covering October 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026. The examination was performed by Schellman & Company, LLC, an independent licensed CPA firm.
The report is a restricted-use report. Customers and prospective customers under NDA may request a copy through their Updater account team. Updater intends to perform this examination annually.
PCI DSS v4.0.1 Attestation of Compliance
On October 27, 2025, Updater completed an independent PCI DSS v4.0.1 assessment and received an Attestation of Compliance (AoC). This confirms our controls and cardholder data environment meet the current PCI standard.
You can see our PCI status in the Compliance section of the Trust Center. If you need the AoC, request access and you’ll be able to download it right away once the NDA is in place.
