Jailed permasigned app installer for iOS 15.5 - 16.6.1 & iOS 17 Release
TrollStore is a permasigned jailed app that can permanently install any IPA you open in it.

TrollStore is an iOS utility that allows users to permanently install IPA files on supported iPhones and iPads without app revokes, without signing every 7 days, and without a traditional jailbreak.
Unlike standard sideloading tools, TrollStore uses a CoreTrust exploit to install apps with system-level persistence, meaning apps stay installed even after reboots.
This page explains what TrollStore is, how it works, which iOS versions it supports, how to install it, common problems, and whether it’s safe.
What Is TrollStore and How Does It Work?
TrollStore is not a jailbreak.
It does not give root access or modify system partitions.
Instead, it exploits a vulnerability in Apple’s CoreTrust system that allows apps to be installed with permanent entitlements. Once installed, these apps:
Never expire
Do not need re-signing
Remain functional after reboot
Work without developer certificates
This is why TrollStore is primarily used for:
Permanent IPA sideloading
Utility and customization apps
Advanced iOS tools that normally require signing
If your device and iOS version are supported, TrollStore is currently the most stable sideloading method available.
TrollStore Compatibility (Supported iOS Versions & Devices)
TrollStore only works on specific iOS versions.
If your device is not supported, installation will fail — no workaround exists.
Supported iOS Versions
iOS 14.0 – iOS 15.4.1
iOS 15.5 (some devices only, via specific install methods)
iOS 16.0 – 16.6.1 (limited support, depends on device & exploit)
Supported Devices
iPhone (A8–A15 devices)
iPad models running supported iOS versions
⚠️ Devices running iOS 17 or newer are NOT supported as of now.
Always check your exact iOS version and device model before attempting installation.
How to Install TrollStore (iOS 15.5 - 16.6.1)
There is no single installation method.
The correct method depends on your iOS version.
General installation flow:
Use a compatible installer (such as an exploit-based helper app)
Install TrollStore helper
Activate TrollStore
Permanently install IPA files
⚠️ Installing TrollStore incorrectly can result in failed installs or non-functional apps.
Follow below instructions specific to your iOS version.
Installation Guide Based on iOS Version and Device architecture
It is not possible to install new persistant “System” apps on /var, whenever the system decides to reload the icon cache, it will revert TrollStore and it’s installed apps back to “User” state which is bad because due to various circumstances, the TrollStore bug only affects “System” apps. When this happens, TrollStore and it’s apps will either disappear or no longer launch (App is unavailable error). This is where the persistence helper comes into play: It replaces a stock system app and that app will still be registered as “System” after the icon cache has been reloaded, therefore the persistence helper still launches and can be used to refresh the TrollStore app registrations so they’re back to system and launch again. There is an option to uninstall the persistence helper in both TrollStore and in the system app it replaced, but if that for whatever reason doesn’t work you can always uninstall the system app and reinstall it from AppStore and it will be back to stock.
TrollStore has an OTA update mechanism, when a new version comes out you can download the TrollStore.tar file from GitHub and open it in TrollStore, it will update everything (including the persistence helper) and respring.
Common TrollStore Problems & Fixes
TrollStore Not Installing
Your iOS version is unsupported
Wrong installer used
App permissions not granted
IPA App Crashes After Install
IPA is not TrollStore-compatible
Missing required entitlements
Corrupt IPA file
Apps Don’t Open After Reboot
TrollStore was not fully activated
Installation failed silently
These issues are not bugs — they are almost always compatibility or setup errors.
Is TrollStore Safe to Use?
TrollStore itself is not malware.
It does not:
Track users
Send data remotely
Modify system files
However, IPAs you install can be unsafe.
Safety Rules
Only install IPAs from trusted sources
Avoid cracked or modified apps from random sites
Do not grant unnecessary permissions
Using TrollStore responsibly is low risk.
Using it recklessly is on you.

Dude this is amazing. I was already excited about the permasign news for iOS 14, but being able to do it on a modern, jailed iOS 15 phone is insane. Great job

Can confirm that this is working on an unjailbroken iPhone 8, A11 chip running on iOS 15.0. Was able to get an ipa working.Needless to say, this is magic.
