closeds3: support replication actions in bucket policy

Description
when replicating objects, the destination bucket needs to have a policy accepting replication actions like `s3:ReplicateObject`, `s3:ReplicateDelete`, `s3:ReplicateTags`, ... for the given Role (for now we use the source bucket's owner uid) to allow the replication happen, otherwise it should reject replicating.
