As the owner of a phpBB forum, Topic'it allows you to optimize your forum on mobile, improve forum SEO and let your members enjoying forum features from mobile devices. Follow each step of the plugin installation for phpBB 3.1.x and 3.2.x forums.
Select in the following list the version compatible with your phpBB forum.
To run Topic'it, the minimum supported PHP version is 5.6.

Before going any further, make sure that the PHP version of your phpBB forum is greater than or equal to version 5.6! If it's not the case, first make an update of your PHP to the latest stable PHP version (5.6 + or 7 +) before continuing.
Then, download the phpBB 3.1.x and 3.2.x Topic’it plugin for forums on your computer. Follow these steps:
One downloaded, unzip the package. You should have to folders (“ext” and “topicit”).
With your favorite FTP software program, upload the entire “Topicit” folder to your phpBB system root directory. Then, upload the content of the folder “ext” into the already existing “ext” folder on your server.
Login to your phpBB forum administration panel and go to "Cutomise", "Manage extensions" > "Topic’it plugin [phpBB 3.1 and 3.2]" and click "Enable".
And then confirm.
Well done! You just installed Topic’it on your forum.
To find your forum in Topic'it App:
Just click on the "Add to subscriptions" icon to access the forum in one click later and follow it.
To get these information go to your Topic’it account then click “Add a forum” and paste your forum URL at the bottom of the page under “Verify Topic’it plugin installation”, finally click “Check your installation and settings”.
Topic’it will automatically detect if the plugin was correctly installed on your forum: which will complete the first step. You will then be able to enter your forum information such as its name, description, logo and banner. All these information will appear for your forum in the search results pages of the app.
Then click the "step 3" button at the bottom of the page. You will then get the API key for your forum.
Now that the previous steps are completed you will only need to copy/paste your API Key in the proper field on the administration panel of your phpBB forum and save. You can also modify your Topic’it preferences here (which is not required to complete the installation).
A message will inform you that the configuration has been updated:
