Tom has collaborated with his real-life friend, Jack Manifold to bring you a brand new podcast. Shut Up I’m Talking sees these two YouTubers who have spent their teenage years as online celebrities, navigate the dramas and mundanities of adulthood with one foot firmly in the online world.
Join Tom and Jack as they figure out how on earth to be in their twenties, the only way they know how – by chatting sh*t, recording it and then releasing it to the public.
Stubborn, observant and frequently confused by everyday life, Tom and Jack spend hours in private, discussing the things that fascinate, inspire, frustrate and perplex them about their worlds – both real and virtual – and decided to share a bit of that chat with their audiences.
In ‘Shut Up I’m Talking’, Tom and Jack catch you up on the week they’ve just had, offering a fascinating and comical insight into their lives off camera. Be it the mundane or the marvellous, everything is subject to the same level of forensic attention. Rarely agreeing on anything, the pair have a unique dynamic. Tom and Jack take a very British approach to life and share ideas on the everyday with perspectives that you’ve probably never thought about because you’re a sane and reasonable person.
There’s no such thing as a normal conversation with these boys. Their comedic take on the world combined with their endless curiosity about, well, most things, makes for fascinating and entertaining listening.
This book will single handedly eradicate the need for parenting and schools.
It’s that useful. The real world has crime, illnesses and swans. It’s a harrowing place to be, from toxic relationships to loneliness, from paying taxes to getting hopefully lost in flatpack furniture emporiums.
But help is finally here. TommyInnit’s Guide to Survival will teach you how to: Navigate peer pressure using simple, fun solutions, such as becoming audio waves and/or gas.
Survive being mugged by armed squirrels. Become famous in various ways; some of those ways are even legal.
Fall in love – with another actual human. Survive the mean voice in your head. Quickly and easily placate a kaiju. When the apocalypse hits, you need to be ready! So read this book. Read it hard. And then read it again.
