Pag-install

  1. Upload wm-workout-manager to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
  3. After activation, you’ll be redirected to the Workout Manager welcome screen.
  4. Add exercises via Exercises in the admin menu.
  5. Create workout plans using the Workout Plans menu.
  6. Use the shortcode [wm-workout id="123"] to embed a workout on any page or post.

Can I customize the look of the workouts?

Yes! Go to the Workout Manager > Settings page to customize colors, border radius, and more.

How do I insert a workout on my site?

Use the [wm-workout id="123"] shortcode (replace 123 with your workout ID) in a Classic Editor, Block Editor (Shortcode block), or even in a widget.

Are the workouts responsive?

Yes, the templates are fully responsive and adapt to different screen sizes.

Well done to the author! Is there still development on this plugin? What’s really missing is for the plugin is a logging/tracking feature – so not only to display the reps/sets – but also make the users able to input their logged reps/sets, and have a short code to view the old logged workouts (custom post type).
