I&#8217;d like to talk a little\u00a0bit about omitting\u00a0your value proposition. This is in reference to the very\u00a0early stages of putting your content\u00a0together for a website. A lot of\u00a0our clients come to us\u00a0for help when\u00a0we&#8217;re working with them on their content, and\u00a0they put together content that technically describes what they do\u00a0versus the value of what they have to\u00a0offer to their\u00a0potential clients. This is a very\u00a0important thing to discern. \u00a0It&#8217;s\u00a0really important that the value\u00a0proposition is very very clear on a\u00a0website. You don&#8217;t have a lot of time on\u00a0a website, in terms of how much time\u00a0someone will spend on the website and how\u00a0much content someone will read. You have to be very very succinct in\u00a0defining your value in and putting\u00a0together your value proposition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Your\u00a0value proposition needs to appeal to the\u00a0multiple demographics of visitors that\u00a0land on your website If you have two\u00a0or three different types of potential\u00a0clients, your website needs to speak to\u00a0what they&#8217;re looking for and show their\u00a0value to them, so it gets a little bit tricky. It&#8217;s very important that when\u00a0you&#8217;re building your website that you&#8217;re\u00a0building it from the perspective of your\u00a0visitors and that you&#8217;re\u00a0presenting the value that you have to\u00a0offer in a very succinct way.\u00a0When someone lands on your website\u00a0they&#8217;re\u00a0looking for what you do, who you are, and why they should consider\u00a0using you and then the next\u00a0call to action.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Those four things need to be\u00a0present in the very first area of your\u00a0website which is what we refer to as the\u00a0hero area at the top. \u00a0The messaging\u00a0or the content in that area needs to\u00a0be very clear in terms of defining those\u00a0elements. Remember that creating and building your\u00a0value proposition on your website is\u00a0very important.
