Ok, guys, a few links and things.

First off, it looks like Melissa Gilbert and Tim are no longer engaged -- They're MARRIED. They tied the knot last Wednesday! There's a ton of articles out there, if you search, but this one, this one and this one have pictures. The black and white from the last article is from Melissa's twitter feed -- she's been posting quite a few pictures since they got engaged.

In other news, Tim will be speaking at Michigan State's commencement this coming Friday, along with author Richard Ford. Hopefully the speech will make it onto You Tube, or something. I'm personally curious about what he will say!

Lastly, Tim hosted a Sacramento history documentary called Rising Above: Building The Indomitable City, that can be found here. I've had a pretty busy month, and haven't had a chance to watch yet, but let me know what you all think.

Hello all! Two things this time around.

First off, another article about Tim and Melissa Gilbert's engagement. Rather than just being inneuendo and guessing, they've actually spoken to Tim, and while short, he's got a lot of good things to say.

Secondly, set your DVRs, or your clocks, or whatever. Tim's new TV movie Restless Virgins is airing tomorrow night (March 9) on Lifetime (at least in the US, I'm not seeing it in the listings in Canada, and I have no idea about overseas).

It appears, based on promos, that Tim's episode of The Mob Doctor airs tonight.

A couple of things for you this week:

First of all Google informs me that Tim will be guest starring on the new FOX series "The Mob Dcotor". There's only two episodes listed on IMDB right now, so I'm not clear when the episode will air, or even what its called, but the various sources that picked up the "exclusive" have provided basically the same info about the role:

Busfield will star in one episode as Congressman John Ellis, who's described as "a popular, charming career politician ... whose private life isn't nearly as squeaky clean as he'd like the voters to think." The legislator quickly finds himself getting strongly pressured to change his opinion about an upcoming ordinance on the show.

I also discovered through Twitter that he appeared on the Lansing (Michigan) City Pulse Impact Radio show on the 5th of September. The link is here.

I'm only just listening, but it appears that Tim will be performing Vigil, which I'm sure you'll recall he performed in Connecticut a couple of years back at the Westport Country Playhouse with Helen Stenborg, at Lansing Community College. He's currently rehearsing.
