Can I try it first?
Software:
Yes! You can try our Pro plan for free for 15 days. No credit card required. No automatic renewal. During your trial, you can decide if you want to keep the upgrade beyond that.
Hardware:
Please understand that we cannot ship free trial units, but we do offer a 30-day money back guarantee on your first purchase. If you want to try it out for your team, you can start with a few devices and add more later.
What happens at the end of my trial?
During your trial, you can choose to upgrade at any time. If you haven’t upgraded by the end of the trial period, your account will be downgraded and the data from the associated paid features will be hidden, but not deleted. So if you decide to upgrade at a later date, your data will still be there.
Since we don’t require any credit card information from you to start the trial, you don’t have to worry about being charged.
What is a seat?
Every active user in a timeBuzzer Pro account requires a paid seat. When you deactivate a user, you release his paid seat so that you can invite a new user.
Are there any discounts for teams?
Regardless of the team size you can save up to 20% if you choose to pay annually. Upon request, we offer discounts for teams of more than 10 people, as well as for non-profit organizations, students and educational institutions.
Does everyone on my team need a buzzer?
No. The physical button is not required to use our time tracking apps and software.
Our software and apps can be operated by mouse or keyboard just like any other software.
However, we recommend one device per stationary workstation for the best user experience.
How long does shipping usually take?
We usually ship orders very quickly—usually on the same or following business day.
The delivery time depends on the destination country:
- Within Germany, it is normally 1–3 business days.
- Within Europe and to the US, it takes about 3–5 business days.
- To all other regions, delivery can take up to 5–10 business days
