the two malefics are conjoining by exact degree which is usually a very funky energy i.e. saturn pressing us to focus on responsibilities and weighted obligations while mars is more reactionary and cutthroat i.e. moving with haste, being quick or reactive. so it could feel like a busy day at work where you feel all of the responsibilities are on you while clients & boss are simultaneously on your ass in a sense... however this isn't an all bad transit either sometimes malefics can work together to declutter our lives from a lot of bullshit to help us focus on the grit of what actually matters (albeit, this doesn't usually feel helpful in the moment.. more or less chaotic good).
