The silence is deafening around #Monkeypox

The way to reduce stigma is not to make things impossible to talk about.

Monkeypox is not a 'gay disease' so I am not stepping out of my lane.

I care about everyone's health including gay men. 1/19 81% England #Monkeypox cases r Londoners.

99% male, 3 female cases.

Survey of ~ 1/2 cases, all but one said he was gay, bisexual or had sex with men. The remaining individual declined to disclose this information.
