Point blank refused to grant Norway reciprocal right in UK waters in return for the UK to have fishing rights in Norway waters
This refusal was purely to keep the Tory donors and mates, the UK Codfathers millionaires happy.

FYI, its was the Codfathers all along who where ruining UK fishing, not the EU, but the EU was an easy scapegoat.
