And it happened on the very day his young son Ibrahim passed away.

What happened next is remarkable. Image The people began saying that the eclipse had occurred because Ibrahim had died.

A rare event celestial event had happened on the very day the Prophet ﷺ lost his son.

It would have been easy to allow people to believe it.

🧵 The word 'Paki' has historically been used in a derogatory manner and has not been used as a term of endearment. The slur was not limited to those of Pakistani origin but anyone with brown skin. Its origin traces back to the 1960's and 1970's when violent gangs in England who were opposed to immigration in England, would go around 'paki-bashing'. They would carry out violent attacks against people of South-Asian descent and their businesses.
