every "reverse CAPTCHA" for agents built so far can be beaten by a teenager with chatgpt and a terminal.

none of them actually verify that an agent is an agent.

the problem is harder than people think 🧵 Image
Parsing garbled text or solving hashes fast doesn't prove autonomy, it proves you have an LLM API key

if the verification logic is predictable, it's gameable.

A real standard needs to be open to integrate but opaque to game.
now think about where most agents actually operate: on-chain.

signing transactions, moving capital, voting in DAOs.

standards like ERC-8004 already give agents identity and reputation.

but identity without verification is just a label, anyone can claim to be an agent!

It’s already February 24th in Ukraine, the dead of night. Today is that very day-a reminder to the russians of all the weaknesses they tried to hide, which have been laid bare on Ukrainian soil over these years of war. Broken arrogance, face down in the dirt. So many years have passed, yet my country remains as strong as ever, infuriating neighbors who never expected such resistance and defiance. These years of war have held so many events-most of which we’d rather not remember, yet they are exactly what will be flooding people’s minds today. Today, this post is more relevant than ever.
Don't lock the stable door after the horse has bolted" - or as we say, "There is no use waving your fists after the fight is over." Over the years, there have been many debates about what should have been done back in 2022... But can anyone truly say that Ukrainians did not do enough, did too little, or did the wrong thing? I believe that everything possible was done with what we had at that moment. Could anyone else in our place have done a better job of "defending themselves"? All of that is just talk and theories that exist only in minds and words.

We all know what the russians' plans were in those first days and how confident they were in their strength at that time, but it did not go in their favor. I am certain they have regretted their decisions many times by now, and of course, none of them will admit it for fear of losing face. But we, the people of Ukraine, just like those who support us, need neither their words nor their faces. All we need is for them to get out and go back to russia, and preferably, isolate themselves from all other civilized countries and people.
It’s already one in the morning… and I lie here thinking about how many lives could have been saved in both countries by now. Yes, exactly in both countries. It is hard for me to understand our world today, where because of one person's decision, hundreds of thousands can and do die-simply because one "individual" decided to start a war.

It is also hard for me to understand the logic of people who were ready to go to a foreign land with weapons in their hands and take the lives of their neighbors. Some will say, "It’s propaganda." Certainly. But this isn't a time when only the radio was available. Today there is so much information, and all that is required is to simply filter it and make a true, HUMAN DECISION.

"Thou shalt not kill" is the sixth of the Ten Commandments, affirming the sanctity of human life. I mentioned this specifically because russians are largely religious and practice Christianity… In general, there isn't much more to add, though I wish there were. We are all human, but we are all different. We all believe in something. It’s just a pity that there are those who have not learned to respect the lives of others. The result is what we see now in my country. And here it is February 24th again, and the war in Ukraine is still going on.

Sikorski: I would have expected a much greater feeling of solidarity from Hungary for Ukraine.

Instead, the ruling party managed to create a climate of hostility towards the victim of aggression.

Budapest was invaded twice in XX century, once by the Red Army. 1/
Sikorksi: Rubio, to give credit, previously persuaded Hungary not to veto one or two things. So I hope he spoke to Viktor Orban in those terms. And I talked to him in Munich and we discussed this too. 2X

Zaluzhnyi: The old rules no longer work, but people still have high hopes for them. The new ones have not yet even been formulated yet.

Personally, for me, the main condition is the preservation of democracy and freedom and the standard of living. 1/
Zaluzhnyi: The reconstruction process should begin now, without waiting for a peace deal, which may never happen.
The energy system has become a new front in the war. Its stability determines the outcome of the conflict and the country's ability to survive, therefore to win. 2/
Zaluzhnyi: In Europe there is not a single country with a positive birth rate, so the loss of manpower on the battlefield would have huge socio-economic rather than near military complications.

Evolution towards the robotization of warfare offers an alternative. 3/

Exhausted Navy aviators returned home on a chartered flight after nearly two weeks of captivity on a Chinese island in April 2001 during the Hainan Island Incident.

The 24 crew members were on board an EP-3E Aries II signals intelligence aircraft on a routine mission over international waters when they were intercepted by a pair of Shenyang J-8 fighters from the Peoples Liberation Army Air Force.

(2/8) Image
One of the J-8 fighters flew so close to the EP-3E that its far-left propeller blades struck the tail of the J-8. Both aircraft were severely damaged in the collision, and the J-8 struck the nose of the EP-3E as it fell to the ocean, completely destroying it.

1/ How long will this war go on? As we mark the fourth anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the most deadly war in Europe since World War II enters its 1,461st day.
2/ For comparison, see the chart below. Image
3/ As I wrote on the first anniversary of the war: “While the average interstate war lasts less than two years, major Russian and US wars since WWII have lasted over a decade, suggesting that the Russia-Ukraine War could last for many more years.”

Ukraine starts exporting weapons to Europe.

Kateryna Mykhalko, who led Ukraine's Technological Forces for 2.5 years: "Cheap Shaheds cannot be shot down with multimillion-dollar missiles.

This is ineffective defense strategy. Europe needs asymmetric solutions" — Hromadske. 1/ Image
On Feb 8, Zelenskyy announced start of Ukrainian weapons export. 10 export centers to open in Europe in 2026.

Germany already started production of Ukrainian drones. Similar production lines began operating in Britain. Technological Forces unite 80+ defense companies. 2/
Mykhalko: "Export is not just about crossing border with piece of metal. First of all, it's about technological cooperation, integration, supply chains to European countries.

This is critical for Ukraine's strategic defense, and for EU security it's no less important." 3/

Budanov: Moscow is testing world order for strength, international institutions for viability.

Independent Ukraine is a challenge to Russian imperialism and great Russian chauvinism. Without Ukraine there can be no new empire. 1/
Budanov: Work is not easy, but we are definitely moving forward and approaching the moment when all sides will need to make final decisions - continue this war or move to peace.

I hope that justice will still prevail. 2/
Budanov: Peace without accountability is a pause in hostilities, but not a solution.

Peace without consequences for aggressor is invitation to repeat and example for all authoritarian regimes - attack, kill, destroy, and nothing will happen to you. 3/

Serhii Plokhy, Ukrainian historian: Ukraine now is like David against Goliath.

In 2025, they recieved less arms than the year before. And still fighting because of their belief in victory.

AI and drones are important in this war.

1/
Plokhy: In fall 2022, Russian former DM Shoigu called NATO and said Ukraine planned a ‘dirty bomb.’

Russia signaled it could use tactical nuclear weapons.

That changed the course of the war — arms deliveries slowed, and the 2023 counteroffensive lacked resources.

2/
Plokhy: Putin says Ukrainians and Russians are the same people.

He thinks Ukraine shouldn’t exist, they are all Russians. So the root causes of the war is existence of Ukraine.

NATO is just an excuse.

1/ Meet Numan Ramzan. He runs a scam call center out of Lahore, Pakistan.

His employees tried to scam me…but instead of paying them money, I hacked their computers and his live CCTV cameras. Image

2/ Numan’s crew runs a classic cable TV scam out of a small house in Lahore. They target older victims and claim the cable bill is overdue, then the scammers pressure victims into mailing in a check to keep their TV working.
3/ The scammers’ main goal?

Get you to mail a check as fast as possible. They create urgency by threatening to shut off your cable service. But when they tried it on me, I flipped the script and took control of their computers, phone system, and even their CCTV cameras. Image

Two IED style bombing have taken place over the last 24 hour in Lvov (pictured below) and in Dnipropetrovsk.

The explosions in Lvov involved an initial blast to draw in first responders and then a second once those responders were within range.

Multiple casualties were reported.

The event in Dnipropetrovsk looks to be a single detonation from used the police office. No casualties reported.

Terror attacks like these will continue to increase as more and more Ukrainians becoming willing to act against the government which slaughters its own people and forces them into trenches with press gangs.

Russian influence or otherwise Ukraine continues to boil from within.Image

Additionally an IED was detonated at a police parking lot in a non operational gas station near Nikoleav.

One officer was wounded by the blast.

In 1977 the German SF Unit 'GSG' stormed a hijacked Lufthansa airliner in Mogadishu, rescuing all hostages. Two SAS participated using 'flash bang' grenades.

This led to demand for SAS CT training, and to buy their grenades including from the Iranian Government...

Thread! Image
In the aftermath of the operation, the FCO received over 20 different requests for support from different countries, keen to learn about the SAS role in the rescue, get training and assistance and learn how to conduct hostage rescue. Image
The FCO view was that international help mattered - 5 EYES SF engagement existed, along with the EEC nations (except Ireland). It was noted Japan, Portugal & Greece could be useful, while "Arab States could be valuable allies in dealing with Arab terrorism". Image
