Business Developer

You will participate in multiple sales efforts focused on business development. In this role, you and other specialized roles will work together to secure and fulfill projects ranging from simple features to complex requirements that demand further growth in deeper sales methodologies. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

You will perform sales functions which include but may not be limited to the following:
Focus on securing projects in adherence to industry best practices and ThinkBIT’s project life cycle;
Work closely with clients and the development team to translate client needs into clear, actionable user stories.
Collaborate with teams in completing project requirements; an
Expand your knowledge in sales methodologies.
Prepare proposals and/or contracts.
Research and prospect to make outbound cold calls or emails to prospective customers.
Appropriately qualify all leads and establish an action plan.
Maintain and expand the database of prospects for the organization.
Pitch products and services to possible leads, customers, and partners
Prepares weekly / monthly reports on tasks performed

Project Manager

You will be part of multiple projects to work on developing applications. In this role, you and other specialized roles will work together to fulfill projects ranging from simple features to complex requirements that demand further growth in project management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Delivers defined project outcomes on time, within budget and with a high level of qualityAligns project with overall program policies, roadmap, constraints and plans.
Prioritizes tasks and resolves issues/conflicts
Governs and resolves risks and issues that impact project delivery across different content disciplines (SW development, SW Testing, Infrastructure)
Responsible for the overall project communication plan and manages relationships with project stakeholders
Maintain & improve the standard approach for Agile Projects
Coordinate and manage expectations of the client
Manage resources and team to be able to deliver to client expectations
Attend client meetings and briefs.

Business Systems Analyst

The business systems analyst will review, analyze, and evaluate IT systems and business requirements. Writes detailed description of requirements, user stories, and steps required to develop or modify web and mobile applications.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Do information gathering and documentation business processes
Evaluate the projects (web and mobile apps) to support simple business requirements and come up with possible solutions
Document high level systems design including logical architecture, system flow, interface standards that will be used by the developers for their detailed design and programming
Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications
Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Quality Assurance Tester

Quality is at the heart of everything we build. We’re seeking a QA Specialist to own the testing lifecycle—from initial planning and bug tracking to full-scale automation. You’ll work closely with developers to identify risks early and ensure that every release is better than the last.

Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist to drive our multi-channel strategy. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and creative storytelling, executing campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our mobile and web app development services.

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to promote mobile and web app development services.
Create targeted content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages) that speaks to CTOs, product managers, and business leaders.
Manage SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns to drive inbound leads and improve conversion rates.
Own the company’s LinkedIn and email marketing strategy, including automation and segmentation.
Collaborate with sales to align messaging, support outbound efforts, and optimize the lead funnel.
Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs such as MQLs, CAC, and ROI.
Research competitors and market trends to refine positioning and identify new opportunities.

UI/UX Design Intern

Design Interns are expected to support by iterating and rolling out designs as an extension of the design team.

Design interns will be trained with the intent of equipping them with real-world experience and software proficiency in Figma.

Design interns are expected to support their supervisor in the following:

Drafting pitches
Creating studies
Auditing and fixing prototype linking, misalignments, setups
Assisting in brainstorming and process mapping
Collecting, creating, adjusting design assets.
