The Session app 📲

You can add The Session to the home screen of your mobile phone and use it as an app.

Android

  1. Open thesession.org in the Chrome browser on your Android phone.
  2. Tap on the menu icon (three vertical dots).
  3. Select “Install App.”
  4. Tap “Install” to confirm.

iPhone

  1. Open thesession.org in the Safari browser on your iPhone.
  2. Tap on the share icon (a square with an arrow coming out of it).
  3. Scroll down the list of options.
  4. Select “Add to home screen.”
  5. Tap “Add” to confirm.

Once you’ve added The Session to your home screen, whenever you tap the icon, The Session will launch just like any other app. It even works offline!

Desktop

If you use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as your desktop browser, you can install The Session as a desktop app too.

  1. Open thesession.org in Chrome or Edge on your computer.
  2. Click on the install icon in the address bar.
  3. Click “Install” to confirm.

If you use Safari on Mac, you can add The Session to your dock.

  1. Open thesession.org in Safari.
  2. Click on the share icon in the address bar.
  3. Choose “Add to Dock” from the list of options.
  4. Click “Add” to confirm.
