The theme does not meet licensing requirements. All images and fonts included with the theme must be licensed under a GPL-compatible license, and explicitly declared so in readme.txt. Please see http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review#Licensing for more information.

Please be sure to verify all requirements are met before re-submitting your theme. The full process is detailed at http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review, and don't hesitate to post to the Theme Review Team mailing list or add a comment to this ticket if you have any questions.

Thank you!

Hi,

Thank you for the review, so I should remove the Aller font (which is using this licence http://www.fontsquirrel.com/license/Aller ) or replace this font with one of the following fonts:

  • Arphic Public License (Arphic)
  • Baekmuk License (Baekmuk)
  • Bitstream Vera License (Bitstream Vera)
  • Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY)
  • GNU GPL (with font exception) (GPL)
  • GUST e-Foundry Font License/LaTeX Project Public License (LPPL)
  • IPA Font License (IPA)
  • Liberation Font License (Liberation)
  • LaTeX Project Public License (LPPL)
  • mplus Font License (mplus)
  • ParaType Font License (PTFL)
  • SIL Open Font License (OFL)
  • STIX Fonts User License (STIX)
  • Wadalab Fonts License (Wadalab)
  • XANO Mincho Font License (XANO)

right?

Icons are oryginal production (not from any icon gallery).

Correct, it can be replaced with a font that is licensed under any of the mentioned GPL-compatible licenses.

For your icons, you can create a readme.txt file, and declare by which GPL-compatible license you are releasing the icons.

Licence for font and for Icons is added now in the newest ticket http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/6041

Font used in the theme is PT-Sans, which is free to use and redistribute.

Could you please review it?
