This theme has many foundamental issues. It will not be approved.

• We do not allow demo contents
• The images are grabed from the web without proper licensing.
• Not all functions are properly prefixed with theme slug
• link stylesheet and js directly in the header
• use of custom jquery not WordPress buddled jquery
• Not all resources used in the theme are declared license.
• Not all texts are translable.
• Use inline style.

I would recommend you to read some sample themes (e.g. WordPress default themes).
