PHP, html and CSS look good to me.
Markup: Title with Markup is not styling bold or italics tags in post titles.
ScreenShot: Your screenshot does not represent the theme with default settings. Please consider using a screenshot from the actual theme.
Documentation: The documentation provideded does not provide a clear path for creating a similar site to the Demo site on your website. I really love the demo site but the theme files don't provide a similar experience.

Small thing:
typo in readme.txt
"Thank you for downloading Out theme." Should be "Our" theme?
