Required:

• Don’t do things in a theme considered plugin territory.
  • Remove Google Analytics
  • Remove the meta description tag
• All theme strings are to be translatable
  • Everywhere on your theme are non translatable strings
• All untrusted data should be escaped before output.
  • For instance, everywhere where you do echo $options
• Prefix all options, custom functions, custom global variables and custom constants with the theme-slug.
  • Most of your functions in functions.php are not prefixed
• Enqueue jQuery properly using the argument array() for those script which need it.
• Your theme name should be your text-domain
• Remove rtl-language-support tag from style.css, since there is no rtl.css file
• Declare licenses of any resources included such as fonts or images. You could use the readme.txt for that.

Recommended:
I recommend you switching to the Customizer. It will be required in 6 month for all existing themes.
