Hi, I tested my theme on WP 3.9 RC and it works fine.
I don't know if I should update it now. I just read on the WordPress blog that I had to add 'Tested Up' to WP 3.9 so there it is :)

It happens before selecting a color scheme.
After selecting a scheme, it goes away.
Needs a default i think.

I Think it should works now. If not, I'll add a default callback but I think I don't need it :/

Hum sorry for multiple comments/commit. It works now. Tested with and without sme_colors in my database.

this would have worked too :

    if(isset($options['sme_colorss'])){
    $colors  = $options['sme_colorss'];
    }else{
    $colors  = 'red';
    }

Oh god. I tryed with if( isset( $options ) ). I don't know why I didn't add ['sme_colors']. Maybe because it's 3am here :/
