The form layout dashboard provides complete control over how individual fields look and function on the frontend. The Field Label sets the visible text name displayed to visitors, identifying exactly what information needs to be entered into that box, such as a name or email address. The Default Value lets you set pre-filled text that occupies the box automatically. By toggling the Placeholder switch, you can convert this default value into a faint background hint that disappears the moment a visitor begins typing. To prevent empty submissions, the Required switch can be turned on, which forces users to fill out that specific box before the form will allow them to submit. Additionally, each field row features a Clone button to duplicate the exact configuration instantly, a Delete button to permanently remove the field, and a Drag Handle on the far left that allows you to easily reorder your form layout by dragging rows up or down.
