How do our themes work?

First, let’s make some introductions. I’m Melissa and I’m your geeky WordPress phone-a-friend. I build beautiful WordPress themes for the most popular page builders in the world, Divi, Elementor and ProPhoto.

In short, our themes are designed to save you hours of time.

AND the expense of paying a web designer. It’s DIY but without the hassle. We like to think we’re the IKEA of the web design world – a shortcut to great design, without breaking the bank.

If you’re nervous about using WordPress, we’ve got you. You don’t need any prior experience to use our themes. We’ll be holding your hand every step of the way.

And by the way, we eat Support Tickets for breakfast! Tom, our incredibly kind and patient support manager is waiting to help you if you get stuck.

Our WordPress weapons of choice are Divi, Elementor and ProPhoto. You’ll need to own one of these website tools to use our themes.

We believe these page builders are the easiest and most effective for small creative businesses to use. All of them offer a visual, drag-and-drop interfaces and theming tools so that you can style every aspect of your website from top to bottom.

This means that our themes, built on these platforms, are infinitely customisable. You can change everything – fonts, colours, layouts, menu styles. If you can dream it, you can build it.

Which themes & page builders do your themes work with?
We build themes for the Divi theme, the Elementor Pro plugin and for the ProPhoto theme.
Can I use the free version of elementor?
Technically you could but the theming settings and some modules will be missing. The Pro version only costs $49 per year, which we think is a bargain!
How many sites can I install your themes on?
You can install our themes on as many sites as you like.
How easy are your themes to install?
Our themes are uploaded as a plugin, and with just one click, your theme will be imported and look just like the demo site.

(If you don’t want to import all of the demo data, you can easily toggle off any content that you don’t want to copy across, like images, pages, posts and menus, for example.)

Can I pay you to set up my website?
You can’t pay us personally, but we do have a directory of recommended designers who know our themes really well and who are happy to set up or customise them for you.
If I get stuck, how good is your support, really?
Firstly, we produce top notch documentation with video walkthroughs and detailed instructions.

You’ll also get access to our Quick Start Web Design mini course plus our Build & Launch Checklist, so that you do everything in the right order.

Finally, we have Tom, our Support Manager and secret weapon. He is kind, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He eats support tickets for breakfast!
