Our à la carte services are tailored to your individual needs, including thorough surrogate screening, matching within our community, and ongoing guidance and support throughout your journey.

One Hour Surrogacy Info Session ($150)
Just getting started in your journey? Feel like you have a million questions? Set up a one hour, one-on-one surrogacy information session with one of our coordinators. During this meeting the floor is yours for 1 hour to ask questions, and learn more information on all things surrogacy!

Surrogacy Is an Investment Budgeting Meeting ($250):
Surrogacy is a significant financial commitment. Save yourself thousands of dollars and avoid unnecessary stress by preparing financially for your surrogacy journey. In this one-hour meeting you will sit down with one of our coordinators and review all the costs involved, the timing of expenses, and important considerations to be aware of. After the meeting, intended parents will receive a customizable surrogacy budget and a transcript of the call, ensuring no details are forgotten. This consultation is especially useful for intended parents just starting to think about surrogacy.
Intended parents who enroll in this meeting will receive $100 off our Surrogacy Coordinator or Guidance and Support package. Click here to book.
Guidance and Support ($3,000): Catered to IPs and surrogates who have already matched. Through a combination of text-based communication, our customized app and virtual meetings, we offer a personalized and accessible service that guides and supports intended parents and surrogates throughout the whole pregnancy.
Surrogacy Coordinator ($6,000): With our guidance and support package, we work only with intended parents and surrogates. In this package, we also work and coordinate with 3rd parties, including fertility clinics, escrow companies, and local monitoring clinics. Surrogate pre-screening is a requirement for this package.
Surrogacy Coordinator Pre-Screening Fees ($200-$1,250): Our screening process is designed to progress step by step, ensuring that every surrogate meets eligibility requirements before moving forward. Our Surrogacy Coordinator package begins once this screening process is completed. The screening process/steps are mandatory for use of our Surrogacy Coordinator package. Screening steps include a questionnaire, 1-on-1 meeting with The Biggest Ask employee, background checks, and medical record collection.
Matching + Support All-Inclusive Service ($12,000): This is our most comprehensive service. We will help our intended parents find a surrogate who meets the ASRM guidelines and provide guidance and support throughout the entire journey. This package includes our Guidance + Support service.
Matching + Support All-Inclusive Service- No Photo Option ($14,000): This package mimics our Matching + Support All- Inclusive Service while protecting your privacy along the way! We will feature our intended parents, without using images or names, to help find a surrogate who meets ASRM guidelines. This package includes our Guidance + Support service.
Surrogacy Toolkit ($500): This digital download that can be purchased here includes 1) a fillable PDF copy of screening questionnaire, that can be sent to surrogate candidates, 2) surrogacy booklet outlining all the key milestones of a surrogacy journey, 3) surrogate hospital plan and 4) two background checks that can be run on the surrogate and her partner.

Intended Parents:
Asking a woman to carry your baby is the biggest ask (no pun intended). Asking her to do it without involving a surrogacy agency – well is quite another big ask. When you request an independent journey, keep in mind that you are asking your surrogate to forgo third party support and guidance during an incredibly intimate and sometimes difficult experience. Our program resolves that issue by being that third-party support for not only your surrogate but also for you. To help seal the deal with your future surrogate, tell her that you will be using our program!
Surrogates:
We know that you are motivated to help ease the burden of your chosen intended parents and help complete their family. The last thing you want to ask them to do is pay an extra $25,000 for the guidance and help of a surrogacy agency, but you also want to protect yourself and your family from any unforeseen circumstances and have a place for support in case something scary happens. That’s why we are here. For only $2,500 (which your IPs pay for), you, your family and your intended parents will have all the support you need for your journey. Ask your IPs to sign up for the program for that necessary support!
Who is supporting you through your journey?
MaryJane (MJ)
MJ is a mother through surrogacy and is the founder of The Biggest Ask. Leveraging her skills as a business professor, she has written a surrogacy guide, put together a surrogacy online course and now has developed this program and surrogacy app to help make beautiful surrogacy journeys possible for everyone. Ashley
Ashley is an experienced gestational surrogate and birthed twins to intended fathers in 2020. Ashley and MJ met through their mutual passion for surrogacy via Instagram in 2021 and together they have built a flourishing surrogacy community. Ashley is a stay-at-home mom and has two beautiful children, is an avid crocheter, gardener and a creative and enthusiastic DIY-er. She can do it all. Ashley is MJ’s yin to her yang and together they make the perfect team.
Jade
Jade is an experienced gestational carrier who birthed a baby boy in February 2025, and is in her 2nd journey now. Jade came to The Biggest Ask as a surrogate, and from there her passion grew for surrogacy, and helping people, and she became a member of the team in 2024! Jade is a stay-at-home working mom to her 3 children, a cheer coach, and a sports mom! You can find Jade at the football field, basketball court, or baseball field in her free time. Jade's extreme compassion and eagerness to help people made her a seamless addition to the team!
Bri
Bri joined The Biggest Ask team in 2024 as the Program Manager to complete the behind the scenes tasks for The Biggest Ask team to free up more time to focus on our client journeys! Since then, Bri has begun taking on journeys herself, too and gained the title of Journey Coordinator. Bri is a stay-at-home working mom of 3, in the beginning stages of her first journey as a gestational carrier! In her free time, Bri can be found cheering on her kids at sporting events, enjoying time outside, reading, and spending time with her family.

Frequently asked questions
While we are not an agency, we provide the same comprehensive services. One reason for our lower fees is our status as a boutique organization with a small team, allowing us to focus on serving only a limited number of clients at a time. Additionally, our fees are lower because we have spent years developing a vibrant surrogacy community on Instagram through free education and awareness initiatives. By leveraging this community, we are able to match our Intended Parents more effectively. Finally, we are fairly selective in which Intended Parents we work with. Since we match within our community, we can only work with Intended Parents who are willing to share their story publicly.
