No. You can create unlimited projects, suites, labs, test cases, and even defects. There are no limits to the number of video files you can store. Testuff easily handles a large number of projects, tests, and testers, all with great performance and at a competitive price.

No, we do not offer local installations of Testuff.
However, you can still connect Testuff to your local bug tracking server. Your data will be as secure on our servers as it is on yours, unless your local network is disconnected from the internet. All communication between the client and server is encrypted, and our servers are regularly updated and secured. They are hosted in a secure facility with continuous monitoring.
Server downtime is rare. However, we keep you updated on our Status page.
We take the security of your data very seriously. You can find more detailed information about our security measures here.
If you decide to stop using Testuff, simply contact us, and we’ll export your data for you. You can also back up your data at any time from within your Testuff account.

The Testuff desktop client is supported on all versions of Windows from Windows 2000 to Windows 11, and on Mac OS X (Tiger, Leopard, Snow Leopard, Mavericks). The web client is accessible on any OS with the latest browsers.
Yes, it can. The Testuff desktop client uses the proxy settings from Internet Explorer. However, if your proxy acts as a man-in-the-middle and modifies certificates, the client won’t be able to connect to our servers. Please consult your network administrator if this happens.
Test Management
Yes! You can use our Excel import feature. If you’d prefer, you can also send us your files, and we’ll import them for you at no charge. We support imports from Testlink and other similar tools.
Yes, you can export entire projects or specific sections like suites, labs, or individual test cases to Excel. Defects and other items can be exported as well.
Yes. You can access a variety of reports at different levels—such as branch, suite, or lab—through the Reports screen. You can also use our open REST API to retrieve data and customize reports.
You can easily add or remove users. Just go to the Testers/Users management section, click Add Tester, enter their name and email, and they will receive their login details.
Yes, Testuff offers six types of user permissions, including Admin, QA Lead, and Tester. Learn more about managing user rights here.
Check your project’s team. Only testers who are assigned to the project’s team will be visible in the labs screen.
Yes, tests can be reordered within suites, and suites can be sorted by name or date. You can also add numbers to suite names for custom sorting.

Reporting bugs is simple! Just go to the Report Bug screen, fill in the details, and add attachments if needed. You can even record videos of the bug as it occurs. Learn more here.
Testuff is integrated with more than 30 bug trackers, including JIRA, Mantis, Bugzilla, Redmine, and many others. A full list is available here.

Yes, we support custom fields for many of the bug trackers we integrate with. You can map custom fields from your bug tracker to Testuff.
Yes. You can export all defects from Testuff to your bug tracker with just a few clicks.
Yes. Bugs reported in Testuff are automatically uploaded to your bug tracker. You can also open the bug in the bug tracker directly from within Testuff.
