The National Testing Agency has reopened the CUET application portal for Common University Entrance Test (UG) 2026 from 23rd February to 26 February 2026. CUET UG will offer admission to Central, State, Deemed & Private universities across India through a single entrance exam. The CUET UG Exam 2026 will be conducted from 11th May to 31st May 2026 in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. NTA will hold CUET UG 2026 in 13 different languages in India & abroad.

Candidates can choose a maximum of five subjects from all three sections of CUET exam. In order to process the application form, candidates need to pay a certain amount in the form of a CUET application fee. The CUET Cut Off is announced after the result. The CUET Cut Off marks are announced by the individual colleges and universities as per their admission criteria. The cut off also varies as per the course or subject opted by the candidate. In addition, factors like total number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, available seats in specific programs, and the university’s reservation policies also influence the CUET UG Cut Off Marks.
The CUET Admit Card is a mandatory document released two to three days before the exam. The entry to the exam centre won’t be allied to without a valid CUET UG admit card printout. Thus, candidates are advised to download and print the CUET hall ticket as soon as it is available at cuet.nta.nic.in.
NTA will release the CUET answer key after the completion of all exams. It generally takes two to three weeks for the same. NTA publishes two answer keys, first one is the provisional one and second one is final. Candidates can raise objections against the CUET provisional answer key. Three days time is given for this process. NTA then publishes the CUET final answer key based on the objections.
The CUET Result is announced along with the final answer key in a few weeks after the completion of the exam. Candidates must note that the result is announced online on the CUET website only. Candidates can download their CUET Scorecards by entering their login credentials. Using the scorecard candidates can apply for the further counselling and admission process.
