ABSTRACT Cryptography refers to protecting transmitted information from unauthorized interception... more ABSTRACT Cryptography refers to protecting transmitted information from unauthorized interception or tampering, while cryptanalysis is art of breaking such secret ciphers and reading information, or perhaps replacing it with different information. The research highlights a new encryption technique called randomized text encryption. The algorithm proposed increases the complexity of cryptanalyst to decrypt the ciphertext and restricts them to break the security of encoded file. The proposed technique uses random numbers added to plaintext along with encryption key. After applying encryption technique, each time same plaintext will be converted to different ciphertext provided that encryption key is same or different. Two different characters are generated against single character of plaintext that doubles the size of encrypted text. Decryption process doesn't require random numbers but only needs encryption key to decipher the encrypted text. Consequently, the proposed technique is safe to different cryptanalytic attacks like Frequency analysis, Brute-Force, Linear and Differential Cryptanalysis. We compute power corrections to mean values of hadronic event shapes-the thrust and the C paramet... more We compute power corrections to mean values of hadronic event shapes-the thrust and the C parameter-of tagged b quark events in electron positron annihilation, using the dispersive approach. We find that the leading power corrections are of the same type of 1/Q corrections as for event shapes in the massless case, with the same non-perturbative coefficient times a perturbatively calculable mass-dependent coefficient. The effect of the mass correction in the power correction is to reduce the latter by 10-30 % for tagged b events, for centre-of-mass energies ranging from the Z 0 peak down to 20 GeV.

He guides entrepreneurs from conception of business to product development and business growth. Previous literature on entrepreneurial learning is disseminated and not properly organized; it is difficult to even find pertinent and comprehensive articles on entrepreneurial learning. The research proposed in this article helps mentors to understand and find out what type of entrepreneurs need what kind of mentoring support. This article proposes a conceptual model for mentors and discusses that an entrepreneur may need different mentoring support and skills depending on the type of entrepreneurs, personality traits, or decision-making style and phase at which entrepreneurs are at that moment. This article will also help mentors in understanding what type of skills entrepreneurs need at each stage of mentoring relationship, that is, initiation, cultivation, separation, and redefinition stage.
Berdasarkan kajian awalan yang dilakukan, kurangnya pendedahan dan pemahaman terhadap pengaplikas... more Berdasarkan kajian awalan yang dilakukan, kurangnya pendedahan dan pemahaman terhadap pengaplikasian kaedah mass appraisal adalah merupakan faktor utama yang menjadi halangan kepada pelaksanaan teknik itu bagi tujuan penilaian kadaran di pihak berkuasa tempatan (PBT) di Malaysia. PBT-PBT di Malaysia masih menjalankan proses penilaian kadaran secara manual dan ini menyebabkan pelbagai masalah timbul seperti memerlukan masa yang panjang dan melibatkan kos yang banyak. Oleh itu kajian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan kepada pihak berkuasa tempatan (PBT) di Malaysia dalam pelaksanaan teknik mass appraisal bagi tujuan penilaian kadaran. Kajian ini menumpukan kepada kajian terhadap proses pembangunan model mass appraisal yang menggunakan teknik Analisis Regresi Berganda (MRA). Proses pembentukan model mass appraisal telah dapat dapat dikenalpasti daripada kajian-kajian lepas yang berkaitan. Proses pembentukan model mass appraisal tersebut adalah melibatkan lima peringkat utama iaitu pengumpulan dan pengurusan data, spesifikasi model, kalibrasi model, pengujian model dan aplikasi model. Seterusnya, berdasarkan proses tersebut, satu model mass appraisal telah dapat dibangunkan untuk penentuan nilai tahunan. Model tersebut telah diuji dan terbukti berkeupayaan menghasilkan nilai sewa yang boleh diterima dan konsisten. Pelaksanaan mass appraisal dipercayai dapat membantu PBT-PBT menjalankan proses penilaian kadaran dengan cepat dan efisyen.
