The Sales Team:

The Sales team at Techmate plays a big part in the continued success of the business. The team pairs their strong communication skills with their exceptional prospecting skills to identity opportunities to generate pipeline. From there, the team manages the entire sales cycle of the opportunities to a successful close!

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a creative and dedicated Junior Account Executive to work remotely to deliver quality results, someone who is passionate in learning and developing their sales experience. This is an opportunity to learn from some of the best sales people in the industry. If you are looking to develop your career path as an Account Executive, this is the role for you!

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Confidently convey Techmate value proposition and be able to react to competitive questions and FAQ’s
  • Perform prospecting research and prospecting outreach (phone calls, emails, etc.) that result in closed deals
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to develop and execute on a prospecting plan of attack, including call scripts, audience segmentation and approach
  • Maintain and improve CRM data within HubSpot
  • Actively manage leads pipeline and campaigns in order to meet goals and quarterly objectives
  • Collaborate with all areas of the organization to optimize team productivity

Requirements for the role: 

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years experience generating new B2B Services and/or SaaS technology industry.
  • 1-2 years experience as a Sales Development Representative or Junior Account Executive, or other customer-facing roles.
  • High-volume prospecting experience via email, cold calls, etc.
  • Outstanding communication, problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
  • Passion for new innovative technology.
  • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and passion for success.
  • Ability to deliver expected results in driving pipeline growth for SaaS-based deals.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and utilize sales tools, including Apollo, Hubspot and Zoom info.
  • High ethical standards and level of integrity.

The Marketing Team:

The Marketing team at Techmate plays a big part in the continued success of the business. The team pairs their strong communication skills with their exceptional prospecting skills to identify opportunities to generate pipeline.

The Opportunity

The person will be responsible for leading the development of the Techmate Brand as it relates to Technician growth and promoting the brand to the Technology Community, both domestically and overseas.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure all job postings in their respective cities are posted on relevant job boards and on the Techmate Website as well as researching other outlets to advertise locally and nationally
  • Promote the brand on social media and MSP outlets
  • Create and develop Technician direct email campaigns via Apollo or other sources
  • Work with Regional Management Teams to enhance and automate Technician onboarding process, best practices and other pre and post onboarding FAQs – info that might accompany every Techmate Ticket acceptance
  • Engage existing Techmate Technician Community to update them on our growth, product enhancements and to get referrals – i.e. Technician Newsletter or other resources like training opportunities
  • Townhalls and large audience engagement virtually or in person via a live tours of multiple cities
