UpdraftPlus, WP-Optimize and All-In-One Security have been unified under a new parent brand; TeamUpdraft

We’re pleased to announce that UpdraftPlus, WP-Optimize and AIOS have moved to the new teamupdraft.com domain.

Most of you know UpdraftPlus. It’s one of the most frequently downloaded plugins in the WordPress ecosystem. It’s the most popular backup and migration plugin, according to the WordPress plugin directory with over 3 million active installs worldwide.

Many of you also know WP-Optimize and All-In-One Security (AIOS).

Regularly attracting five-star reviews, both plugins are actively installed on over one million WordPress websites worldwide.

Hardly any of you know they’re from the same trusted team that first brought you UpdraftPlus back in 2011. That’s why we’ve launched TeamUpdraft.

UpdraftPlus, WP-Optimize, AIOS and UpdraftCentral have adopted the parent brand’s look and feel and moved to the teamupdraft.com domain.

We are not making fundamental changes to UI or functionality at this time.

If you previously had an account at updraftplus.com, getwpo.com or aiosplugin.com, you should have received an email from us. If you haven’t, please check your junk folder or follow this guidance instead:

• If you previously used your email address to log in to only one of the websites mentioned above (e.g., updraftplus.com), you can continue using your password.
• If you had accounts on multiple websites (e.g., updraftplus.com and getwpo.com), you may need to reset your password.

If you can’t see premium features in UpdraftPlus, you may need to reconnect your licence to the plugin by logging in to your website account from the ‘Premium / Extensions’ tab in UpdraftPlus Premium.

You can continue to get support in the way you did before.

If you have the free version of our plugins, get help by searching for the relevant plugin the WordPress plugin directory.

Previously, individual features of UpdraftPlus Premium could be bought via an online shop at updraftplus.com

We looked at the data, and overwhelmingly, users preferred buying the bundled UpdraftPlus Premium product which includes every premium backup and migration feature. You can still buy UpdraftCentral, UpdraftClone, and UpdraftVault from teamupdraft.com.

This change doesn’t affect existing customers, who can continue renewing their add-on subscriptions. Please submit a support ticket if you have a question or need help with your add-on purchase.
