Connect Claude Code Desktop to TeamoRouter
Claude Code is an AI coding assistant that runs in your development environment. To manage and switch the endpoint and key more easily, we recommend connecting it through CC Switch.
1. Install Claude Code Desktop and CC Switch from scratch
If Claude Code Desktop and CC Switch are already installed, skip to the next section.
Install Claude Code Desktop
- Download the Claude app for your system from the Claude website, then install it.

Install CC Switch
CC Switch is a graphical tool for managing and switching Claude endpoint and key configuration.
macOS users can install it with Homebrew:
brew install --cask cc-switch
Or download the installer from CC Switch Releases:
- macOS:
.dmgor.zip - Windows:
.msiinstaller or portable.zip - Linux:
.deb,.rpm, or.AppImage
If macOS Gatekeeper blocks the first launch, open System Settings, go to Privacy & Security, and allow the app.
2. Connect TeamoRouter with CC Switch
In the Claude Desktop tab of CC Switch, click the add-provider button in the top-right corner. Create your API Key in the TeamoRouter dashboard.

Fill in:
- Provider name:
TeamoRouter - API Key:
your TeamoRouter API Key - Base URL:
https://api.teamorouter.com
Save the provider.

Go back to the home screen and enable TeamoRouter. Then open Claude Code Desktop.
If Claude Code Desktop is already open, restart it once.

Open Claude Code Desktop and start using it.
