Victoria Usher
FOUNDER & CEO
Victoria is responsible for sustaining strong business growth, realising the agency’s vision, and spearheading its progress. An ex-data and political analyst, she introduced the rigour for which the agency is famed. When not leading from the front, she spends her time horse riding and perfecting moves on a yoga mat, often with Ginger joining in.
Kirsty Langan
HEAD: EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES
Kirsty is Practice Head: Emerging Technologies focused on emerging B2B tech sectors, including cleantech and AI. She is dedicated to driving innovation and achieving remarkable results for our clients in these dynamic industries. In her free time, she likes to practice her Russian deadlifts and walk her Border Terrier, Ollie. She also loves going back to her roots in Scotland to explore the Highlands whenever she can.
Amy Lawrence
DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR
As Deputy MD, Amy is responsible for managing overall business performance and ensuring the continued success of our clients. She oversees the implementation of frameworks that allow the team’s talent to thrive, in turn driving business growth, outstanding client satisfaction, and our award-winning culture. Outside of work, Amy is following in the steps, spins, and jumps of Torvill and Dean as she perfects her ice skating skills.
Matthew Usher
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
As Operations Director, Matthew equips GingerMay with all the tech, talent, and resources it needs to deliver business excellence and keep a smile on everyone’s faces. His side hustles include modelling agency merch and cycling absolutely everywhere.
Michelle Campbell
BUSINESS SERVICES DIRECTOR
Michelle ensures GingerMay lives and breathes its values. She directs how we implement our approaches to CSR and People Experience, including recruitment, team engagement, and team wellbeing. Away from the office, Michelle enjoys pilates, relaxed brunches, and finding new sources of inspiration for interior design.
Michelle Norman
ADVISOR
Michelle Norman is a strategic advisor to GingerMay. She has extensive C-level expertise gained at businesses that include PwC Research and Synovate (part of the Aegis Group), where she successfully scaled and exited businesses across the media, marketing and insight sectors. When not advising businesses, Michelle spends half her time in Scotland with her family and best friend.
