TDZ, located in Zaragoza, (Spain), have been manufacturing equipment for the automotive sector and industrial machinery since 1939. Its beginnings as a producer of injection pumps for the most important industrial vehicle manufacturers, (Mercedes Benz, G.M., Case, etc..) provided TDZ with the required human and technical capital to create in the 60's the first hydraulic pump plant. We do not in any way intend to substitute the technical catalogues which will always be available when required and which are essential for a correct application and knowledge of our products. Replacement parts for vane pumps: Whether your application is mobile or industrial, TDZ has the cartridge kit you need. All of our kits are manufactured at our plant located in Zaragoza, Spain. TDZ cartridge kits are manufactured in our modern plant using the latest Computed Numerically Controlled (CNC) mills, lathes, saws and grinders. From raw materials to finished product TDZ make sure our parts meet or exceed OEM specifications. Every cartridge kit is 100% tested and guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. With over 300.000 items in stock, we can dispatch the part you need the same day we receive your order. We also carry a complete line of seals and bearing to make sure your repair is right the first time. You can depend on TDZ to have all the parts you need to complete the job properly. We maintain a large inventory to assure you same day shipment of your order. Since TDZ sells only new, you never have to risk using rebuilt or reconditioned parts. TDZ Hydraulics specialise in supplying equipment packages into the mobile industry predominantly onto commercial vehicles and trailers. Hydraulic valves: TDZ directional control, pressure control and flow control valves offer you the flexibility to make your system operates the way you need it to operate. With a wide array of valve styles and operating capabilities at your selection, TDZ valves maximize the control of your system through various valve combinations limited only by your imagination. The versatility of selectional designs, and the flexibility of various porting, spool action and circuit options, are just a few of the fundamental benefits you'll find with TDZ valves. Covered in our range is a full selection of control valves and modular valves, (check valves, flow control, pressure control, etc...) as well as a complete line of directional control valves in CETOP 3,5,7, 8 and 10 operated via AC/DC voltages. We may even offer manifold block assemblies designed to customer specification. Vane pump and motors:TDZ vane pumps and motors are manufactured in a wide range of displacements, from 1,5 c.c./rev. to 269 c.c./rev for single pumps. All TDZ pumps have a low power to weight ratio, high efficiency, low noise level, optional inlet and outlet port positions and ease of maintenance. Ease of maintenace is achieved by the pump design, where the working components are contained within a cartridge which can quickly and easily be replaced without disconnecting the pump from the prime mover or moving it away from the pipe work. TDZ vane pumps are hydraulically balanced, reducing wear and eliminating bearing loads from within the pump. The option to rotate the outlet port 90 or 180 degrees in relation to the inlet port provides flexibility and easy installation.
