Hokay. I am still giggling my ass off over the Church of Sexy Rock Star Hips and Open Collars BUT I promised revid that I'd post a Roswell primer and stuff, and so I shall. Oddly enough, I had worked up such a thing a looooooong time ago for some non-fan friends who wanted to read my fic, and since it seemed to work okay then, I dusted it off. It's very *strange* to open a four-year-old document that isn't actually writing and tweak it, lol. There are character sketches for all the mains, followed by about a page of exposition about the show in general, and a cast pic. All of my Rosfic is listed with summaries and links to the fics themselves on my Work by Author page at Land of Dreams; the longer ones are listed first, with the banners, and then the one-shots are under that. Um, there are a lot of images on the page so if anyone's on dial-up and wants to peek at something, let me know and I can link you directly so you don't crash! And if you get through all that and can understand the following sentence, I've done my job:

Whew. Wow, this feels so weird. Fandoms, unseparated. o_O I actually got an application for a new member to my e-group today, someone I don't know, who said she bounced from fandom to fandom but kept coming back to my Rosfic to reread and wanted to keep up to date on anything I was writing in any fandom. I approved her membership (it's basically a formality) but it was interesting timing, I have to say. I wonder how many people J has told that I write GD fic now?
