Yup, staying home. :-/ I always feel guilty about doing that, but I'm still running a fever and you're not even supposed to take Sudafed with a fever so my sinuses are killing me. Might take one in a bit anyway. Or maybe a nice long bath. *wants bubbles* I went back to bed after calling in but couldn't sleep! Yeesh. I think this is my karma for not having been sick at Christmas like I usually am, lol. I get to be sick for my bday instead. 2 more days to be numerically younger than Mr. Cool. *laughs*

beelzezuk, it might've been the fever talkin' but my brain like ran away with that concept and I figured out how to start it off *and* a cool twist that actually makes me slightly uncomfortable, lol. Also, I'm no longer surprised that you and I are the only GD claimees. When I posted my table link, I mentioned something about it not being too obvious that I knew you (your post was right above mine) and the owner said that until she'd gotten yours, mine and revid's ages she'd assumed it was some new teenie fad because she'd never heard of Green Day. ... ... I showed her the Perfect Slash pic from the 2006 Grammys, named everybody and their ages and said to ping me if she would like some songs. I was too surprised for anything else! She seems very sweet, though.

I am watching RiVwB again. I'll find a blank videotape to dub stuff for luthien123 sometime today and hopefully mail everything off tomorrow, with fingers crossed that it'll get there before break. :)

I finally watched Riding in Vans with Boys and OMFG, that is teh awesome. My parents came back in the middle and my dad was like, "Aren't you sick?" and I said yes, and he said, "Sick people aren't supposed to laugh that hard." (He was kidding, obviously.) But yeah I giggled most of the way through the DVD. My one complaint would be that everything whizzes by so FAST. Some of the scenes, you're just figuring out wtf crazy shit they're up to when it's already changed to something new. Well, and my other complaint would be not enough Tré, actually; he's hardly there at all, which is of course why his name doesn't show up as a "star" at the beginning. I knew that, but it was still a little weird to not have him there in the thick of things. However, the cameo at the very end was fucking priceless, where he complains about all the sexual innuendo and Mark says it can't be stopped, so Tré raises his glass and yells, "Here's to assfucking!" Hee. :D

*waves at and_ed* Btw, when Brendan and Micah started bitching about each other, I just started to laugh, for context that had nothing to do with the DVD. Thanks for that, lol.
