My crying jag on Monday seems to have done the trick for letting off some tension and allowing me to be rather more *stable* afterwards. (My iPod is totally fine, btw, it just spazzed because I let the battery run down too low, looks like.) Got off work a little early yesterday and took a last turn around the German Christmas Market in the city centre. Stalls were already starting to pack up as it closed last night, I presume so that the vendors could go home to Germany in time for Christmas Day. I think I tried most of the food there over the last month. Good stuff. Something about the whole market just made me feel Christmassy every time I wandered around there.

I have opened my one Christmas Eve gift - it's a tradition in my family - and I am LMAO: it's a handbag. A bright spring green leather handbag, the same colour that I painted my living room back in Halifax. Ahahaha! It's not my style, really, for a few reasons, and I won't use it as an everyday thing, but I love it anyway. And I'm giggling like mad because one of the gifts I sent my mother? Yeah, a handbag. LOL. Only hers is black. Hee. :D Oh, although mine is supposedly from Nibbs. ;-) I am amused.

For a holiday graphic, y'all get a photo of an ornament that you can purchase at Pets Alive's CafePress store. This also makes me giggle like mad. It's not an angle of Mr. Thomas that one gets to see very often - unless, of course, one is Delilah, a rescue pig. *g* Nice picture, though. Heh. (Yes, Rob volunteers at the shelter. I have pictures of him with cats and dogs and pigs and horses and cows. ♥ )
