Researcher. Builder. Storyteller.
I’m a nature-based health researcher with a PhD from UBC’s Faculty of Forestry & Environmental Stewardship, where I studied forest bathing across Metro Vancouver parks in a randomized crossover trial. My research examines what specific environmental and vegetation factors actually drive measurable health outcomes in urban forests, in all weather conditions.
That work led directly to Silent Trails, a soundscape assessment methodology developed in collaboration with Metro Vancouver Regional Parks, the first designated quiet trail program in the region.

Ecosystem
Sit Spot Club is a structured daily nature practice built on the Stepwise Sensory Arc, my research framework for progressive sensory engagement. Super Green Robot gives nature-based practitioners the systems to spend less time at a screen and more time doing the actual work. Forest Spaces translates the science into a mini-drama backed by peer-reviewed research.
