
Izumi Aizu
Born in 1952, Mr. Aizu specializes the InfoSocinomics, or the study of “Information Society”. He promoted the use of PC based communications in the ’80s and the Internet in the ’90s, participated in the global policy debate on “Internet Governance” and “Information Society” in the ’90s and ’00s with the civil society perspective. He is recently working on the policy and governance issues of Artificial Intelligence (AI), reviewing the building process of the Information Society, and also investigating the factors that support Open and Social Innovation at large.
